It had taken months to infiltrate the New York Clan, gain the trust of their traitors, and expedite the planned coup of their Elder. The very man paying me to set them up.
Hogmanay, with the humans intoxicated and celebrating, was the night I chose to finish the job.
The weak-minded Vampires took the bait easily, and the fireworks and ambient noise did a great job of covering their attack. They killed One-Hundred helpless mortals in the end.
Caught in the act by their leader, they would pay the price.
