Madarame and his clones grumble as Joker and the rest of the gang deal with him and his clones. Meanwhile, Tatsumi sat back and watched the chaos unfold.
Tatsumi: Man, this sucks. Ever since we got here I feel like I've been missing out on all of the action.
Senketsu: You were able to sing weren't you?
Tatsumi: Yeah, but I feel like I'm supposed to be a pretty big deal here, right? Why am I the one that's sitting on his ass all the time!
Senketsu: This is a change of pace from what I'm used to as well. But while we have time, I'd like to ask you about some things.
Tatsumi: What's up Senketsu?
Senketsu: A few things actually. Firstly, what exactly was that back there? For a second there I felt a little bit of killing intent from you back there.
Tatsumi: So you noticed.
Senketsu: Of course, I did. Just like Ryuko, I notice every little change in your behavior. I can't have you hiding things from me now. I'll also have you know that I've been learning how to sense other people's presences so now I can let certain people know if they're in danger.
Tatsumi: Good to hear... After figuring that Madarame killed Yusuke's mom, I don't know. He just reminded me of the people I faced in the empire and I kinda switched back into killer mode for a second there. The Elite Four and Satsuki were bad... Well at least we thought they were, but even still they didn't really kill anyone. But Madarame, he's just a pathetic weak old man manipulating people and for some reason, that pisses me off so much more. Sorry if I made you worry though.
Senketsu: No, it's fine, I was just curious. On the other hand, didn't something feel a bit off with Yusuke's transformation? It was as if it was natural for him when comparing him to Ann and Ryuji.
Tatsumi: Yeah, that is kind of weird... But hey, you gotta take what you can get right?
Senketsu: That's true, but I don't know. I'm sensing something fishy is going on here. Something about this just isn't sitting right with me.
Tatsumi: Fine, I'll make sure to keep an eye out for you, okay?
Senketsu: No, you just need to focus on fighting. I'll be the one to look out for stuff like that. By the way I think it's your que.
Tatsumi: Hm?
Joker: Tatsumi! You're up!
The dragon boy looked up to see that Madarame was back in his original form and looked dazed. All of his clones had been dealt with and he was now open to attack. Tatsumi smirked at the situation.
