"You what?!" AJ's voice booms through the room, anger filling the two words.

"I arrested them, I thought you'd like me keeping them in check," the Narrator replies.

"Arrested?! What were you going to do? Send them to the mines? I don't need anyone mining for ideas, I can do that myself. You know this throws off the balance, and with Nate missing, I don't have time to deal with this," AJ yells.

"Actually, I believe I've located Nate..." the Narrator drops the bait in the water.

"In my brain? Why do I find that hard to believe? Don't answer that."

"My sentiments exactly, but, he's in the dungeons, let me finish, he's in the dungeons and is expected to attend the Good Employee Film showing in... Thirty minutes."

"THE GOOD EMPLOYEE FILM?! I thought I told you you couldn't show that anymore! Narrator! I put you into existence, I can take you out..." AJ threatens.

"Oh, don't overreact, I've done absolutely nothing wrong."

"You're planning on brainwashing my best friend..."

"But I haven't yet," the Narrator points out.

"That's beside the point. I think you need to step down, right now. I'll put Noelle in charge if I have to, we don't imprison people, and we most certainly do not restrict people. I have a musical to work on. I decided on a musical for the month, a sequel for Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion, I still don't know what compelled me to do so..." AJ trails off.

"Perhaps you forgot to inform a guest star of their flight," the Narrator jokes, "But seriously, Spooky made... the decision for you. Let's just say she was dissatisfied with her musical and wanted to give herself one final hurrah."

"I see," AJ taps his chin, "Well, see if you can change that back, I don't think our viewers want a sequel."

"Ha! You'd be surprised," the Narrator mumbles.

"What was that?"

"Nothing, nothing. Come with me Lancer, let's set the prisoners free," Narrator says.

Lancer, who's currently standing in the entry room quietly, hops out of it excitedly. They begin down the hall to the dungeons where our characters are being kept, little do they know that the prisoners have beaten them to the punch, and are already roaming free.
