Jesi hee mini pramod kee room mai enter karti hai wese heee...
Mom ..woh Ramu kaka bol rahe the ki aap kahi bahar gayi ...Susheela se milne gayi na aap."
Hmm ..Mini nodded
"Kaisi hain woh .. Teek haina?"
Mini stood wondering why did her son love this girl so much who didn't even have heart to come and see him despite her pleading and in spite of his condition all he wants to know is how is she .
She simply nodded again .. that looked like easy way out than facing her son's questions she knew which direction they would head.
"Kya kaha usne .." he asked and that flaring hope in his voice tugged Mini's heart
" Kuch tho kaha hoga .."he asked again hoping his mother would answer.
"Apna chai khatam karo .. aur jaldi neeche aa jao" mini started to move out...
"Mom .. Pramod rushed to her putting aside his cup .. kya kaha usne .. ..aap ne baat kiya usse..woh aaye gi na ..haan .. boliye na mom " when no answer came in .. Mom aap chup kyu hain boliyena kya kaha susheela ne .. mana kardiya .. kuch kaha aapse .. mere baare main poocha .. mom boliyena ..
please pramod found himself getting restless when he saw no answer coming in .. "Mom" ..he shook mini' s shoulder "
Aap bolo ..aisa chup mat raho ..bolo .. Kya kaha usne .. aap bolo mujhe .. mujhe jaan na hain bolo .. aap bol kyu nahi RAHI hain bolo...and he didn't seem to stop .
Mini closed her eyes trying to calm down but pramod was in no mood to listen, almost close to getting hysterical "Mom .. bolo please ..mom ..susheela ne .."
"Bas karo pramod .. the room echoed with sound of slap..Mini looked shocked by her own reaction..lowered her hand.
Pramod held his cheek and turned to face his Mom and all he asked was
"Kya kaha susheela ne ?"
Mini sighed in defeat "Sun na hain tho suno .. Yahi ki woh tumse pyaar nahi karti aur woh tumhare paas nahi aayegi ..Suna tumne ..
Pramod looked at her for a while "Woh Jhoot bol rahi hain."
"Bas karo pramod ...hosh main aavo"
Mini shook him as if trying to jerk him out of his thoughts ..false hopes which he seemed to build
" ye kya paagalpan hain .. tumhe uss ladki ki padi hain jisne tumhare dil thoda lekin apni maa ki nahi .. kal raat tumhare haalat dekha kar tumhe andaaza bhi hain mujh par kya beeti hain .. mujhe kaisa laga .. apne bete ko aise dekh kar .
Ek baar bhi tumne apne maa ke baare main nahi socha .. Mini wiped tears off her cheek " Tumhe tho koi farak nahi padta na ..pade raho aise nashe main .. barbaad kardo khud ko .. " Helplessly mini settled on bed ..pramod slowly setted besides her .. leaning his head on her lap
Mini caresses his hair
"Ek waada karoge ?" pramod nodded mini paused for a while.. She knew it's not fair on her part but nothing is important to her than her son and she wanted him back.
After last night ..which shook her watching her son in such a broken state.. She has to ask for this "susheela ko bhool jao aur ..
Pramod took his hand back startling mini . He looked stunned at what his mom has asked him. " Nahi ho sakta Mom" he told with absolute conviction .
"Lekin pramod.. Tum..."
"Mom .. aap maano ya naa maano ..Lekin main jaanta hoon susheela mujhse pyaar karti hain, utna hi pyaar karti hain jitna main usse karta hoon .. aur woh ye nahi maan na chahithi ..lekin susheela ..meri zindagi hain aur main apni zindagi ke saath chodkar... zinda nahi rehskatha..aisa kabhi nahi hoskata."
Saying this pramod left the room leaving a shocked mini behind ..and realization struck her she asked for something impossible ..her son would never forget susheela and he would be ruined.

Sky looked tar black filled with dark clouds, Rain which started as pitter -patter turned heavier accompanied with flash of lightnings and crack of thunders.
Pramod drove his car like a mad person .
Nothing seemed to matter to him ,other than the need of being at that place ,which would give him much needed sanity or would drive him more insane,either way that's the only place he could think of.
He halted his car with a sudden brake on reaching the place.He slowly got down the car Getting drenched in the rain , he slowly gathered his struggling feet and took steps towards the place.
Seeing his chote saab in drunken state ,security guard came for his aid only to be pushed away.
"Hat Jaavo Mere Raaste Se
Looking at his deadly stare, guard backed off.
His feet staggered as he walked on stairs to reach his house, standing outside the door he searched for keys in his pocket, he found bunch of keys , tried inserting each one into the keyhole with his fumbling hands and finally found the right one . The door opened with a creaking sound and he stepped into the darkness.
Darkness - now almost synonymous with his life, this is not how he imagined when he left this place last time, only a week ago .
At that moment this room was filled with dreams of their future , colors and above all his love for her ,stumbling he reached switchboard to turn on lights
Lights on
Overconfidence naa pyara hai pyar
- Those words echoed in his ears
those words for which he could give away his life without second thought, those words which had been dreaming to hear from her, Now here he is, with broken heart & shattered dreams .
He looked around the room, now emptiness smiling upon him. He walked slowly into other room turned on lights, there she is smiling at him from photographs, placed all over the room capturing her in various moods, he picked one photograph lying close to the table .
Tears blurred his vision.Wiping them off , he clutched the photograph hard ,holding it close to his heart.
He tried , he tried hard and he failed, He can't take it anymore, he thought he can survive this pain ,but no, not any more.
He sank down on to the floor on his knees ,cried out the name which he loved the most...
SUSHEELA...
And
In her room
She woke up startled. He just called her
"PRAMOD" she whispered.
