I was drifting in and out of sleep. It felt so good to be back in my own bed, but I was interrupted by banging on my door.
"KEEFE SENCEN, GET OUT OF BED", Sophie yelled as she burst into my room.
"Five more minutes", I groaned pulling the blankets over my head.
"Nope", she said.
"Can't a guy get any sleep around here", I said as I sat up and smirked at her.
"Get ready and come down for breakfast", she said as she ruffled my hair and walked out of my room.
I got ready and fixed my amazing hair before I went down for breakfast.
"Can somebody give me a ride to work today", Sophie asked at breakfast.
"I can take you", I offered.
"Alright, thanks", she said.
Ok I know it was a short story, but I promise it is going to progress from here.
