Mutant Quirks are quirks that cause a permanent "alteration" on the user which can be related to their power, this may not always be physical/visible
Aim: The user has perfect aim meaning there is a 100% chance of them hitting their target with whatever item they throw
Arctic Fox: The user has the ears and tail of an Arctic Fox which are brown to bluish-brown in the summer and white in the winter, their hair also changes to these colours. They can also smell things from 10 - 40km away and endure temperatures as low as -70°C
Axolotl: The user has feathery external gills and can regenerate lost or damaged tissues, limbs, organs, and parts of the central nervous system as well as move at 10mph
Bat: The user has the ears and wings of a bat meaning they can fly at up to 60mph (or more), see in total darkness, hear high and low frequencies, makes sounds of high or low frequencies, use echolocation, and many more bat characteristics!
Illuminate: When in the dark, the user's skin will glow, the brightness depending on how dark the environment is. In the light, the user's skin goes back to normal meaning it's almost impossible to tell that their skin glows
