So as I told you in previous part that there is a leap of 3 years in the story, so here it is! lots of things were changed in past three years. Infact Ishki's whole life was changed, now for her, it was even more harder to live because there was no love in her life any more!🥺🥺 Whereas Kartik and Isha were also married now (isha is a cardiologist).....

(After 3 years)
In ishqaan's room -

She was sleeping but suddenly......

Ishki - aahhaaaannnnnnnn

Dadi entered in her room

Dadi - kya hua ishki beta? tu thik to h na....

Ishki hugged dadi and started crying

Ishki - dadi phir vohi sapna

Dadi (caressing her hairs, consoling her) - beta tu sambhal apne ap ko, mann le iss sach ko, nhi h vo ab🥺

Ishki - vo zinda h! Mujhe pta h vo mujhe ese chod kr nhi Jaa skte, m..me unhe dhundungi

Dadi - beta agr vo zinda hota to inn 3 saalon me apne ghar vapas aa jata

Ishki - pr dadi koi body bhi to nhi mili na, ap jaiye abhi yaha se, me aa jaungi

Dadi left the room

Ishki took ahaan's picture in her hand and started talking while crying

Ishki - kyu chale gye ap mujhe chod kar? Kisne apko hak dia tha mujhe ese chod kr jaane ka? Huh? Marne dete na mujhe, kyu bachaya? Nhi jeena mujhe apke bina. Apko yaad h aaj kya h? Aaj hmari shaadi ko 3 saal ho gye h.......... Hmari family, malhotra constructions, sabko sambhala h mene pr khud ko sambhalne ki himmat nhi h mujhme, Tut chuki hun, pr mujhe pata h ap vapas aoge! After few minutes, she freshed up and went downstairs

Chachi - aaja ishki baith kr nashta kr le fir tujhe office bhi to jana h

Ishki - nhi chachi mujhe bhuk nhi h, agr Lage gi to office me hi kha lungi. Bye

Savitri - arre beta nashta to karle, Khali paet nhi jate

Ishki - nhi mummy ji mujhe sach me bhuk nhi h, or mene kaha to, agr bhuk Lage gi to office me hi kha lungi. Or kartik or Isha kaha h?

Chachi - vo kartik to aj subah office jaldi hi chala gya or isha bhi hospital chali gyi.

Ishki - thik h.....

In office -

Manager - good morning mam

Ishki - good morning, kartik kaha h?

Manager - mam vo apne cabin me h

Ishki - ok

In kartik's cabin-

Ishki knocked the door

Kartik - come in, arre bhabhi ap!?

Ishki - kartik tum aj subah office jaldi kyu aye ho? Aj to koi meeting bhi nhi thi

Kartik - ghar pr mann nhi lag raha tha isliye aa gya

Ishki - nashta Kiya?

Kartik - bhuk nhi h

Ishki - ese kese bhuk nhi h? Pure din Kam krne ke liye energy chahiye or energy ke liye khana

Opened the tiffin she bought from home

Kartik - apne nashta Kiya?

Ishki - nhi mujhe bhuk nhi h...

Kartik - wah! Khud vohi Kam krke mujhe samjha rahe the, aao baitho ap bhi khalo

Ishki - tum kha lo, me apne cabin me jaa kr kha lungi.... Vese aj kiske sath meeting h?

Kartik - aj Mr.Kapoor ke sath meeting h, 4:00 bje

Ishki - thik h

In meeting - (4:00p.m.)

Mr. Kapoor - hello Mrs.Malhotra, how are you?

Ishki - I am fine Mr.Kapoor, let's start discussion on our project

Mr.Kapoor- sure, vese ap ye sab sambhal kese leti h? I mean ye sab kam ladkiyon ke thodi na hote h, society bhi yehi sochti h or apke to husband bhi nhi rahe

Kartik - (angry tone) Mr.Kapoor you better leave from here right now!

Ishki - kartik calm down! Mr.Kapoor yaha pr ap meri personal life discuss krne aaye h ya project ke baare me baat krne? Pehli baat society kya kehti h or kya nhi kehti h usse hame koi farak nhi padta or ap jese insaan jo apne thoughton ko society ka naam de dete h vohi iss desh ko duba rahe h. Apni ye soch apne paas rakhiye or jaiye hame apki company ke sath koi deal nhi krni, or haan mere husband h ya nhi vo ap decide nhi krenge, ab yaha khade kyu h? Akele hi chale jayenge ya guards ke sath?

Mr.Kapoor left the cabin

Kartik - bhabhi are you okay? Ek to ap ekdum se hi apne risky ishki mode me aa jate ho! Ye lo Pani peelo

Ishki (her tears were at the edge to pop out)
She went back to her cabin
