Sprinkler - Change Poem
The
sprinkler
came
on,
water
fell
the
grass,
turning
and
twisting,
slowly
filling
the
ground
with
ashes
of
the
dying
fire.
***Okay, so we started Poetry in class and I thought, why not post the poems I write? So, here's the Change Poem. I know it doesn't really make sense the first time you read it, so I'll give you the instructions on how to make one. BYTHEWAY: Before I give you the instructions - so you can re-read it, and it'll make sense - we've done another one, so when i get it back, I'll post it. and whatever other ones we do. Okay. Instructions:
1. Choose two words that have two things in common.
2. Transition from one thing to the other.
3. One word per line.
4. Minimum 20 lines/words.
