Chapter 2
I was lost in thoughts. What am I even thinking? It's not real Gold, Calm Yourself down. I slipped the note between the pages of My book, Making sure I won't lose it. I quickly tried to get Myself back on track into doing My homework. Taking a deep breath, I continued doing My homework.
An hour has passed, I was halfway done with My confusing homework. I've decided to take a little break from all that headache. I grabbed My phone and laid down on the bed. Feeling bored as ever, I thought to Myself about inviting My dear Friends to My house. We could have a sleepover too. I'll need to ask My parents for permission first though.
I got up from My bed and ran outside the bedroom then carefully walked downstairs. Assuming My parents are probably in the kitchen, I went there. Yep, I was right, They're cooking together! How wholesome. Upon Them hearing My voice, They turned their heads towards Me.
Gold: Mom, Dad... Uhm... Can I invite My Friends here...? For uh, a sleepover?
Mom: What do You think, Darling?
Mom asked Dad while smiling softly, raising one of Her eyebrows. There were moments of silence between the three of Us, But Dad finally broke the silence by allowing Me too. They probably know who I am inviting. I thanked Them and hurried towards My bedroom while smiling, to text My Friends.
