I woke up only to see that I'm in a different room. Last time I remember, I was standing and facing Terell across the well. Did I just faint?

"Nako, hija. Pinag-alala mo kami. Maayos na ba ang pakiramdam mo?" Tanong nung isang madre na nakaupo at nakaharap sa desk niya. Tumayo iyon at lumapit sa akin.

"Okay na po ako, sister.." Sagot ko at tumingin ulit sa paligid.

"Ah. Nandito ka nga pala sa quarter namin. Lumabas si Terell sandali at bumili raw ng makakain.." Sabi niya ulit. Tumango ako at nag-thank you. Kinuha ko yung phone sa bag ko at chineck kung may messages ba akong natanggap. And yes, there are three. Galing kay Mom.

'Where the hell are you now, young lady?"

'Don't tell me you're with a stupid guy again..'

'No dates, I told you!'

It was all sent thirty minutes ago kaya hindi ko na rin nireplyan. How annoying.

Maya-maya lang ay pumasok si Terell may dala nga siyang food.

Nilapag niya iyon sa table malapit sa bed na hinihigaan ko ngayon. Umupo naman ako at humarap doon.

"How are you feeling?" He asked.

"Okay na. What exactly happened?" I asked, getting curious.

"I supposed you faint. You called me after I called your name then you fell. I was about to ask you if you tried to wish..." He said.

"Oh, I didn't..." I lied. "I was just feeling the air breeze. So, you took me here?" I asked again.

"Yeah, good thing Sister Carla is here." He answered and smiled. "Anyway, I thought you might be hungry. You eat this, okay? I'll go ahead.." Sabi niya at ngumiti nanaman. That damn smile.

"Oh, you have plans..." I said.

"Yes, I'm meeting someone important tonight. Take care on your way home." Sabi niya at lumabas na.

Tinignan ko yung dinala niya food. Nag-take out siya sa fast food. Binuksan ko iyon at nagsimula kumain.

Kalahati na yung nakakain ko nang marinig ko ang phone ko na mag-ring.

I answered it.

"Where the hell are you, Amirah?!" I heard my Mom's voice.

"I'll be home in fifteen minutes." I just said and ended the call.

Tinapos ko na ang kinakain ko. Niligpit ko yun at dinala paglabas. Nagpasalamat din ako kay Sister Carla.

Pumasok ako sa kotse ko at nag-drive na pauwi.

As soon as I reached home, I parked my car in the garage and went inside the house. A slap welcomed me.

"Good evening too." I said and smiled sarcastically.

"You put down that attitude when you're talking to me Amirah Skye! You're very different from Shine!" She said that made me furious.

"Yes, I am. And don't say her name, I hate it when you   say it with that filthy mouth of yours!" I fired.

"Where are your manners?!" She shouted, loud enough to annoy me.

"I dropped that ever since I lost Shine! You don't deserve any of my manners!" I said.

"You bitch!" She said as she lift her hand, ready to slap me again.

"Enough, you two!" Then there's Dad.

"Tell your wife to acknowledge her wrong doings. You too." I said and walked pass them. Dumiretso ako sa kwarto ko at isinara ko iyon.

A tear fell from my eyes. I covered my face with my palms and started crying my eyes out.
