Vanitas and Noé

"Hey Vanitas come in it's getting cold out there."

"I don't care Noé just leave me alone I-"

"What? If you don't finish your sentences I don't know what you wanna tell me."

"I know that, but I suddenly realised I don't wanna tell you."

"Ok if you are not coming in I'm coming outside hold on a second!"

"No that's not neces-"

But Noé was already on the roof standing next to him

"Well so now what is going on with you?" Noé asks

"Literally it's nothing! Go away!"

"Vanitas there is no point trying to hide it when you literally already almost spilled the beans just a second ago"

"Ugh you won't shut up will you? So well the lab incident is hunting me since we have been down there and today it's been worse than usually so I'm sitting on the roof...happy now that you know?! Feel free to laugh at me for being so weak." Vanitas almost whispers

"Pfffft shut up I would never laugh at you for that!"

"And why not? You keep saying you don't like me plus you are a Vampire and probably could care less for me."

"I don't care wether you are a human or not I in fact never cared about such things. I care about how a person is and not about their species"

"Well then I still don't understand why you don't laugh I'm a bad person I don't deserve kindness nor love. It's disgusting to care for someone like me. You said you care about the person not the species, you also said you don't like me so I clearly don't understand why do you care to know how I feel if it's not for your own amusement!" Vanitas hisses

"You clearly don't understand! I told you before I'm happy that you are the person you are now. There is more to you than just this bubbly and cold personality and we both know it!" Noé hisses back

"But still you a Vampire caring for a human and then me of all people?! I'm having a hard time trusting you on this part I don't mind playing around with Vampires like I do with Jeanne but when it comes to trusting you guys or people in general I'm having a hard time Noé! I have been nearly killed by your kind multiple times you know my parents got killed like that too and well humans aren't any different so I suppose I'm having a hard time to trust others in general but because Vampires have more strength it's even more stressful for me...cause literally one snap of my neck for you and I'm dead in a second I wouldn't even have the chance to react" Vanitas says laying his head on top of his knees

Noé sat down beside him and Vanitas stiffens a little

"I know it is hard for you. I saw that when we were down there in the catacombs. But wether I'm a Vampire or not I want you to know I would never do anything that will kill you at least not on purpose! I will never snap your neck. You can feel save around me. Everything is fine!"

"Ugh hush it I don't want your pity at all"

"That's not pity. I mean every single word I said I really do! I would never say such words out of pity!"

Vanitas smiles as a tear rolled down his face

"Noé sometimes you are impossible."

"Hold on are you crying Vanitas?"

"Uhg Noé shut up please it's embarrassing"
Vanitas says and leans his head against Noés shoulder

"Hey Vanitas tomorrow we gonna have a hard day chasing for a curse barer again...we should go inside" Noé says after a while
