Batch Two

1) axgirl13 - Till Death Do Us Apart

Cover - 10/10pts - The cover is commissioned to other creators, showing that the author wanted to stand out from the other professionally-done covers. The artist didn’t skimp out on the female heroine and her awesome pecs, and on a side note- I love that I don’t have to see the dude too much.

Title - 5/5pts - It’s very straightforward and ties to the blurb nicely.

Blurb - 9/10pts - I have more to say later, but it didn’t fail to capture my attention well. An arranged marriage with a strong woman who loves fighting monsters, yeah, where’s my coffee because I’m sure to finish this one.

Introductory Chapters - 10/10pts - The first two chapters set up the circumstances that bring our FL and ML together. The author is exceptionally talented because every character has a presence and personality so early.

Grammar and Spelling - 20/20pts - This was well edited, making the entire thing more enjoyable. I do have one little thing (and it was so tiny that I couldn’t actually take a point away) in chapter 3, about at the ‘10 minute left mark’- you write [They reached their chambers at no time.] Would it not be [They reached their chambers in no time.] because [at] determines a destination that doesn’t fit since you’re trying to describe a lapse of time. Time is not a place.
