Percy POV

Dumbledore reminds me of Chiron, he is old but still looks like he knows more beyond his years, there is no way that he's Chiron's age yet he seems to be wise to.

"In the wizarding world right now we are facing an enemy and most likely a war. His name is Voldemort, though many wont say his name and often refer to him as He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named, and his followers often call him the dark lord, about 14 years ago he went to kill a family of three. A mother, father and child but only succeeded in killing the mother and father. The child, Harry Potter, somehow survived and Voldemort was somehow killed. But last year Voldemort rose again and he is back with a vengeance. I need you Percy to protect Harry from the threats that will come his way, last time Voldemort was alive we formed a group, The Order of the Phoenix, I would like you to join".

"How long do you think this will be?"

"I cant be sure, until the war is over".

"Can I visit home sometimes?"

"As long as Harry is in good hands when you're gone, yes".

I stop to think, this Voldemort guy is killing innocent people, I have to help. "I'll do it."

"Thank you, Percy. The school year starts in two weeks, I'll get your books but we'll need to be going in two days to get-"

"School!? I have to go to school."

"Yes, as I was saying in two days we'll go get your uniform and wand."

"Do I have to wear a pointy hat?"

"Yes"

"W-w-what?", Dumbledore seems to be suppressing laughter along with Chiron and my mom.

"No Percy, no pointy hat. You should have your pack your bag to, you'll be staying with the order trying to catch up to harry and the other 5th years while gaining the trust of the order. I think you should wait until they get used to you before telling them about yourself," by that I think he meant being a demigod, "it'll be easier for them to accept it that way."

"Okay."

"Well I best be going, I'll see you in two days," and with that he disappears.            

"Percy I know you think this is an obligation, but you don't have to." Little does she know this quest will benefit me more than anything, some time away from camp wont hurt.

"I want to do this mom, I want to help people."

"Oh I know you do Percy, I knew there was no chance of you turning down this quest, but one can always hope", she starts to put on her jacket, "you message, call, visit or send an owl whenever you can, okay?"

"I will". She gives me a hug and kiss on the cheek and leaves.

"Do you think the was a good idea?" I ask Chiron without turning to him.

"I'm not sure". With that I leave.
