A nurse comes running

Doctor patient ko hosh aagaya hai par vo keh rahi hai ki vo abhimanyu aur akshara se mile bina surgery ke liye nahi jaaengi

They both go inside to meet her while Abhi tries to stop her but she holds his hands and make it aside and goes inside while Abhi follows her they both get emotional seeing aaru a lot of machine are connected to her. They both go near her while she holds their hands and tries to get up

Aaru what are you doing lay down

They both say at the same time 

Aaru tujhe surgery ke liye jaana chahiye tune hame kyun bulaya

Akhu aaj meri ek baat maanegi

Haan bol aaru

Akshara please marry abhimanyu

Abhi and Akshu looked shocked at her

Akshu please meri baat maan lo mai nahi jaanti ki mere saath Kya hoga par mai nahi chahti ki meri wajah se Abhi ki zindagi barbad ho jaye

Akshu and Abhi cried looking at her. Aaru gave Abhi a knife

They both were crying for the sacrifice that aaru made. Aaru knew that Abhi had seen a lot in his childhood because of his dad but she didn't wanted him to suffer more because of her she was the one feeling the utmost pain today she gave her love her Abhi to Akshu

Abhi smiled in his tears he couldn't control anymore and hugged her hard while even she hugged him tightly and they both cried

After 3 hours

She is in coma

This line broke the heart of many people but the one who was most hurted went out
