A Trip To The Library Chpt 1

''You left what in the library?....not again Rei...'' Andre said softly.

Andre was a tall boy, about 6'3 with pale skin and fluffy orange hair.

He had long eyelashes that complemented his cold, dark green eyes outlined by light, smokey eyebags.

His body was quite toned due to his athletisism and he managed to be the right amount of intimidating.

That's said because people find Andre intimidating because he's quiet and often keeps to himself. He isnt the biggest people person however he will talk to people if he actually wants to.

He sighed softly.

''Relax Andre. we can just go and get my phone and a couple of books for my history test besides the library closes soon'' Rei said happily.

Rei is more or less the exact oppisite of Andre.

She is sweet, bubbly and energetic. Her smile can brighten up an entire room and she's a total social butterfly.

Reivana or Rei as she likes to be called is a short girl, about 5'5 with soft light brown skin.

Her hair is almost always in her signature poofy curly afro. It always seems to shine in light any light that it touches.

She has the softest light brown eyes that matches her skin perfectly.

Her voice could bring smiles to anyones face.

''And why exactly do I have to go Reivana?'' Andre said softly.

"Because people think your scary and if your scary you can walk me to the library" Rei said happily.

Andre chuckled and stretched.

His joints cracked softly as he stretched, pulling at the striped sleeves of his skull shirt.

He opened his eyes and looked over at Rei.

"You think I'm scary...? Good...you should be scared Rei.....innocent sweet girls like you are always so scared..."Andre said laughing softly.

His voice was soft yet sounded deep as if he had just woken up, as if he was sleepy.

A very soft spoken voice.

"Shush Andre. All I want is for you to walk me to the library not act weird about it" Rei said annoyed.

"Alright Rei...but are you really gonna leave the house dressed like that" Andre said pointing at her clothes.

Rei had on her signature bright Red sweater that was seemingly too big for her.

The sleeves flopped on her arms and often looked baggy.

The only thing keeping her from being naked was a pair of black shorts and a wifebeater she wore up under the sweater along with her underwear.

"What?....but Dre you gave it to me...Don't you remember?.....do you not like me in it anymore?" Rei asked saddened.

Andre giggled softly.

"I'm just joking Rei...of course I remember giving you that damned sweater...you never take it off and wash it once a week since high school...amazing how it's not damaged by now...now come on let's go" Andre said jingling his keys as he headed out the door.

Rei hopped around as she struggled to put on her shoes, chasing after Andre once she got them on.

"Hey Andre! Wait!" Rei said chasing after him.

"Sorry Rei. I can't stop now. The library closes soon.."Andre said in a slight mocking tone of Rei.

Rei groaned and continued all the way down to Andre's car outside.
