" don't groan, he's our friend" Charlotte said

" yeah" Henry agrees, " and it's not cool how we always have to lie to him and leave him all alone when you need us at work"

I nodded in agreement

" okay, here's an idea" Ray says

" what?" I asked with a smile

" what you got?"

" one night soon, we go to Jasper's house..." Ray began to explain

" mm-hmm"

" we sneak into his room..." Ray continues

" mm-hmm"

" we sneak into his room and we brain wash his memory so he doesn't remember either one of you" Ray finished explaining

My smile faded

" what?" I asked confused

" no!"

" friends don't wipe friends brains" I exclaimed

" yeah yeah, pass the lamb balls" Ray said to Charlotte

" fine" Charlotte sighs and pass him the lamb balls, " poor lamb"

" anyway, I got a better idea" Henry says, we turn to him

" what?" Charlotte asked him

" I say that we just tell Jasper that I'm Kid Danger" Henry simply said, that made Ray spit his drink on my face, my mouth was wide open and my eyes are closed

" that was charming" I said sarcasticly

Charlotte passes me a napkin and I take it to wipe my face

" no! No, no, no, no, no, sir!" Ray objects

" oh, why not?" Charlotte whines, " what's the worse thing that could happen?"

I finally got the stuff out of my face

" the worst thing is if Jasper blabs it all over the place and then everyone in the world knows Henry's Kid Danger and then bad guys follow him and find out he works here, so then they know how to find both of us, so then they could just blow this whole place and then they could also figure out where Henry's house is, which puts him and his whole family in major danger!" Ray explained while eyeing me since I am part of his family after all

" okay, but other than that?" I asked as I leaned back a little since Ray was back of the couch and leaning forward

" nobody is going to tell Jasper or anyone else that Henry's Kid Danger" Ray denies

" come on, what if I promise you he'll keep the secret?" Henry asked as he stood up from his spot

" you can't guarantee that" Ray replied

" all right!" Charlotte chimed in, " why don't we just test Jasper and see?"

" yes, good" I smile at her

" what are you guys talking about?" Ray asked us completely lost now

" we'll make up some big old juicy secret" Charlotte bagan to explain

" ugh" Ray sighs

" and then if he keeps that secret for a week-" Henry continues but I cut him off

" we know we can trust him" I finished

" what do you think?" Charlotte asked Ray

" okay" Ray hesitantly agreed and pointed to himself, " but I get to pick the fake secret"
