Chapter 2: Triple Threat And #1 Assassin In Action

????: Hm? General Galeforce...

Charles: Heyya, Captain G.

Galeforce: Codename: Deku and Bold Action Man, glad to see you two boys doing well.

The general was referring Codename: Deku to the individual in the black samurai outfit holding a dagger in his fingertips, though little is still known about the individual.

Deku: Anyways, what's the situation, General?

Charles: Yeah, why are we flying at this part of South Asia?

Galeforce: Alright, lemme just get right to it.

All of a sudden he shows them a holographic projection of a giant island. The island consists of a metallic, circular foundation topped by a hexagonal-patterned glass and metal dome surrounding it. But inside the dome a city could be seen.

Deku: South City Island, huh?

Charles: South City? 

Deku: South City is a manmade island located in the parts of Southern Asia just like I-Island. It has every resource to support life living in the middle of nowhere. The dome acts as a defense and a way to control the climates of the island. The city is famous for it's controlled climates and it's defense comparable to I-Island that the place doesn't even have any heroes, it's perfect for a safe vacation for people. The island itself could support and house over 13,000 civilians. So what's the situation with South City?

Galeforce: A month ago, communications were mysteriously cut off from the island. And a week after that, passengers who went to that location never returned back home nor the planes or ships they rode. So we sent two of your friends to infiltrate and do an undercover investigation a week ago, and this is what they found...

A screen flashed next to him and showed them a couple of pictures that made Charles looked wide eyed while the Deku's eyes remained serious but were slowly filling with bloodlust. The first picture showed the residents of the apartments hiding in fear as a bunch of villains were walking around and hunting them. Another showed an arena where to random civilians were bruised and fighting against each other while a bunch of villains were cheering and watching them fight. And the last one showed a girl crying in the middle of a stage as many rich looking people were raising their hands.

Charles: What in the world happened?

Galeforce: Based on the info from our informants, a villain group named "Black Noah" was able to bypass the security system and take over the island. The civilians were forced into hiding while the others were captured and used as slaves and entertainment. 

Another picture then flashed showing a bunch of civilians in jail cells.

Galeforce: They place the ones they captured in jail cells and turn them into their servants. And also use them for entertainment by putting two of them in a fight for survival. The winner survives, the loser dies, and if both disagree, they both die.

Charles: And the other picture?

Galeforce: It was discovered by our informants that they specifically kidnap beautiful girls and sell them to greedy and corrupted rich people for the right price as servants or sex slaves. 

Deku's eyes remained serious and just focused on the information but it showed a slight hint of anger and disgust.

Deku: Hm. Any idea who's the leader?

Galeforce: Right, maybe you recognize him.

The general then shows a new picture of a male individual. The male had muscular dark pale skin. He had white hair, has a black painter's brush mustache, a bionic right eye and a prosthetic right arm. The male was laughing menacingly in front of the civilians. And Deku clearly recognized who he is.
