I just want to say this is our very first story. We have never written to this extent and just wanted to bring this story to life as fellow Wattpad readers. With that being said this story isn't going to be incredibly heavy in smut. There are so many stories with smut so if that's what you're looking for, there are endless options just not this. I'm going to go into the basic concept of the story, but if you don't want that revealed skip the rest of this intro. We just wanted to let you know that the shallow concept of the story comes from a foreign sitcom where two groups of people sign the same lease. We thought this would be fun to play with but we clearly couldn't do the same thing because America's leasing agreements/laws are different. We tried our best to adapt it to a real-life scenario, so bear with us if it's a little unrealistic, we thought it would be a fun plot to write.
