Tinuon ko nalang ang aking tingin sa mga manlalaro. Kahit hindi ako player ng basketball, alam kong mas magaling ang kampo nila Gellian kumpara sa mga players namin. They were all graduating this year, so I'm expecting that they will do their best to win this game.

I suddenly felt a cringe when I saw Krisha wipe the sweat of Gellian on his forehead even before the game started. She's wearing her cheerleader uniform, and I don't need to argue if someone mentioned that she's here for Gellian since she's a Senior, too.

"Please, don't get too close to me!" Gellian bellowed in the face of Krisha.

His voice echoed throughout the whole gymnasium, which made everyone curious. I know Gellian is short-tempered, but I'm glad that he didn't show it to me, no matter how slow I am often times. I felt bad for Krisha when I noticed that she cried while walking out of the scene.

Tumayo na ako sa aking upuan para puntahan si Gellian. Napairap nalang ako sa hangin nung marinig ko ang bulungan ng kanyang mga tropa nung makita akong papalapit sa kanila. Aaron gave me an enticing smile, but I didn't give a respond.

"Hey, Gellian," I tapped his back to get his attention. "Why do have to do that to Krisha?" I mumbled so no one could hear it.

He didn't answer; instead he grabbed my hips to make me sit on their team base's seat. My face flushed when he looked at my eyes with a raged expression. His hands were on my shoulders and I couldn't move.

"Dito ka lang. Wag mo akong ibibigay sa iba." He whispered, with his hoarse voice.

I bit my lower lip as I nodded my head to agree. He held my chin up and gave me a wink. I don't know what I'm feeling, but my heart was beating so fast when I met his eyes.

"Team, let's have a quick huddle before the game starts." Anunsyo ng coach ng mga seniors.

I was shocked when Gellian threw me his sling bag before he walked towards his friends. Napayuko ako nung makita sila Kyle na inaasar ako sa kanilang mga tingin. Madalas nilang tanungin ang tunay na relasyon namin ni Gellian, at inaamin ko naman na siya'y aking matalik na kaibigan. Perhaps, my friends already knew my real gender because of how soft I am.

Tumindi ang emosyon ng mga manunuod nung magsimula ang laro.
As I expected, Aaron is the point guard. Gabriel is the power forward player, while Leonard is the small forward. The flirty Roque will serve as their center player. I was shocked when I noticed that Gellian was their shooting guard.

Bago lang kasi si Gellian sa basketball. Tanda ko'y last year lang siya nagsimula at nung huling nakita ko siyang maglaro ay hindi pa siya ganun kagaling. I really thought that he would be their center player, but I guess I underestimated his capability. But no matter which spot he's assigned, I would still be his number one supporter.

"We can do it, Seniors!"

"Sophomores, kaya niyo 'yan!"

Napuno nang sigawan ang buong court at halos mabingi ako kahit medyo malayo ako sa crowd. Kanya-kanyang cheer sa bawat manlalaro at di magkamayaw sa kakatili ang mga babae nung magsimula ang laban.

I let out a deep sigh when I noticed that the Sophomores were leading the game. I know I should feel relieved since they are at my level, but I just couldn't when I saw Gellian panting heavily from too much running. Mestiso siya, kaya halata iyon sa pagkamula ng kanyang mukha.

Humabol naman ang Seniors sa second quarter. Naging maganda ang teamwork nila kaya nakahinga ako nang maluwag. Patapos na ang second quarter nung bungguin ng team captain ng Sophomores na si Storm si Aaron, dahilan para matumba ito sa sahig.

"OMG! Aaron!" most of the female students yelled, feeling worried.

Pumito naman ang referee nung mapansing namimilipit sa sakit si Aaron habang hawak ang kanyang kaliwang paa. The game had to stop for a brief moment because of the accident that happened. The players blocked my sight, so I stood up from my seat to check Aaron's condition.

I heard a lot of gossip and murmurs from the crowd, but a statement kept resonating in my ears.

"I wonder if Aaron can still participate in Mr. Intrams later..."
