Riley Smith was the epitome of self preservation. She had mastered the art of building a fortress around herself, so thick and impenetrable that at 27 years old, no one really knew who she was. At times, she didn't even know herself.

By day, she runs 'Buttercups Cake and Coffee' stand at a London Indoor Market. By night, she wallows in a pool of aching loneliness and depression.

That is, until a ghost from her past returns, in the form of once best friend now nemesis Harry Styles. And he's opened his own stall on the Market, right next to hers.

She can't hide from Harry. He has his very own key to her fortress, because he knows all of her dark little secrets.

As her walls begin to crumble, can Riley hold herself up or will she fall down with them?
