It was the dinner party, everyone had been seated in different spots. Jean and Y/n were next to each other of course, with their bridesmaid and best man seated next to them. They talked to each other as they ate, soon Historia and Marco would make a speech, one they came up with on their own. But for now, everyone was just chatting with one another. 

"Congratulations! I knew you too would get married!" Said Armin, y/ns face lit up at his comment-- It was probably a lie but he was good with compliments and 'predictions'. "You look so gorgeous, y/n!" She blushed at his comment

"Thank you, Armin" She said

"You too, Jean. Handsome as ever," Said Armin, "Making me act up, if you know what I mean" Jean laughed at his words 

"Thank you?" He laughed, Armin flicked his hand and smiled as he walked back to his table. 

"Excuse me? Is this thing on?" Asked Marco, he tapped the mic a few times before the crowd looked at him, "Hey everyone, I'm Marco, the best man, and this is Historia, y/ns bridesmaid-- We prepared a speech and its the time to share it with everyone, Historia's going first, under her request." Said Marco, he handed to mic to Historia and she smiled

"Never would I think that I'd be Y/ns bridesmaid" She chuckled, "Or even this whole event-- which is lovely by the way, Hange did a great job organizing everything. So, lets go back to the beginning? Who remembers the trip to the cabins?" She and Marco raised their hands" Remember all the events? Thats when they became public, for the first time-- Boy, do I remember the look on everyones faces-- Your expressions were so shocking that it was like your thoughts had been said. The opinions were a bit rocky but look at you now! We'll all remember this iconic love story from the very beginning until we die. Definitely better than the ones from the movies, ahaha... I can definitely see that theyre the perfect match-- like soulmates. The thought of one another when theyre apart is apparent. Y/n darling, Jean, we all love you so much!" She said, she handed to mic to Marco as an applause happened, 

"Historia says thank you-- Anyways, as Jeans best man and best friend, its such an honor to witness something as gorgeous as this... Everything about this is gorgeous. Hey, Jean, remember when we were little kids and we were talking about getting married to our future loves. He promised that I'd be his best man and I mean, he kept it, obviously. You know, one day I came to his house and he showed me this picture he had drawn, that picture looked insanely like Y/n, I swear. Man, then I introduced them to each other-- No, it didn't go well but..." He looked at the newleyweds, "Someone had to have put some sort of spell on them-- Maybe Mikasa, when she was into all those curses and what not in highschool. You know, hopefully, if everything goes well-- I can be the godfather of their kids." 

Kids. A small word that meant so much. Lives to look after. To take care of until they grow up and decide to be on their own. Jean and Y/n with kids? What would they look like? What would their names even be? 

Who knows.
