"Sunoo? You're early today?" Keeping my book down, I looked up to see Heeseung hyung sit down on the chair infront of me, our usual seat.
I wasn't early today. I didn't have any classes today for it was a Sunday and I was pretty much surprised to find him, much before the lunch hour.
"It's a Sunday, hyung." I responded.
"Oh yeah! I really forget days now." He tried to laugh off the awkward conversation. Y/n's revelation about his secret communication with their father and the dark reason, probably which, is also the cause behind him being so secretive; made me feel uninterested to start a new conversation. But I was ordered by Her Majesty, to collect everything from him.
Why me? I'm so helpless.
"Anyways, what brings you here on a Sunday?" Heeseung enquired.
"Nothing as such. I came to meet you." I replied.
"Me? What brings you here?" His jolly face had my heart pity his life for a second. Y/n suspects his dad to threatening him all his life and if that's true, I wonder how hard he is on himself.
Sometimes, some people just hide the truth to restore certain lives, just to destroy their own ones. My sister was no different. Just to save me, she let the people kill herself. But what is so devastating that Heeseung is trying the same?
"Hmm... I don't know if I should ask you." I bit my tongue and felt my stomach crunch inside.
"Why not? It's okay if you don't want to talk about it now. I don't have any problem. But yeah! I absolutely do have a question."
"What it is?" I questioned.
"Did you guys open the Tesseract portal?"
"Well... No. We haven't, better we couldn't. The calculation rests on 1 but I don't know how I am supposed to get my body to 1." Heeseung knew a lot about Tesseract and I wouldn't be surprised if he had actually known the process of Tessering.
"Hmm! I think, you should try to loosen your stiffness..."
"Hey hyung, you know a lot about Tesseract. Why don't you join us? It would be such a help to have you in the team." I interrupted him. I knew he would deny joining and although very hard, maybe I can decipher a reason related to his father.
"You see..." He stopped speaking and looked straight in my eyes. My heart announced noisily that he has understood where I was trying to take this but I couldn't give up already. Even if he did understand, I want to see how long he pretends.
