Ryuko: Okay, I hope this doesn't take too long though. I'm not really a fan of walking through run down castles.

They follow Joker down the treasure root, along the way they come across more shadows, but when they saw that Joker had other Shadows behind him, it didn't take long for them to join them too. It would take them a while so to pass the time, Tatsumi decided that know was the time for them to get to know each other more.

Tatsumi: So, how did this whole thing happen. Forming this group n' all.

Noir: I was actually curious about this too.

Ryuko: But aren't you apart of the group too? 

Joker: Not all of us were here from day one. It all started by complete accident really. When I first attended the school, me and Ryuji accidentally wandered into the Metaverse through this app on our phones.

Skull: Yeah the shit was weird.

Joker: We basically stumbled in here, found Morgana and after he told us that we could change the hearts of people, we choose to change his hearts. Soon after Ann found herself involved, and with her help we took Kamoshida down. After that, we formed the Phantom Thieves of Hearts in order to stop corrupt adults from abusing their power to ruin lives. Along the way we ran into more and more people who ended up joining due to their circumstances until you see the group we have today.

Tatsumi: So, you really used this place to change people without them even knowing. I'm so damn jealous. That would've done wonders for me.

Joker: You told me that you had some shady people where you're from too.

Ryuko: Shady is putting things lightly, they were downright demonic.

Joker: Sorry to hear that.

Tatsumi: Don't be, we've found a way to deal with those people. But even still your method sounds so much simpler. I definitely would've joined you if I had the chance.

Joker: What's stopping you?

Tatsumi: Well, a few things actually. But the main one is that I have something I have to do... I need to find a friend.

Joker: That's the whole point of this right?

Tatsumi: No... This friend isn't in Japan right now. If she was, I definitely would've known by now. She's out there somewhere in the world, and I need to find her.

Joker: What is she you're girlfriend too?

Tatsumi: She's more like a sister and mentor than anything else. And to find her, I need to travel out of the country... Also are you trying to get me in trouble.

Joker: No.

Ryuko: I'm going with him. I have some things that I need to figure out as well, and I also need to make sure this one doesn't do anything stupid.

Ren's smirk dropped as he began to speak to himself.

Joker: Oh... So, you two are leaving too huh?

Tatsumi: What was that?

Ren pushed his mask up to his face as his smirk reappeared almost as quickly as it left.

Joker: I asked, how you two got so strong?

Ryuko: Well, to keep it short and simple, we had to go through a lot of fights together down in Honnouji. It made us stronger, much stronger than a lot of other people.

Tatsumi: Not to mention that I'm from the Empire, you have to fight danger beasts almost every day down there. 

Ryuko: For most of our lives it was get stronger or die. No in-betweens, and as you can see, we choose the latter.
