Tesseract's cat eventually found its way to the Roarhaven Sanctuary, and lives there as a sort of office pet. (Though it's getting really tired of super-powered sorcerers, wars, and magic sieges disturbing its naps.) These days, it graciously allows Grand Mage Sorrows to use the desk it likes to sleep under.
Also, it bit Ravel once.
