this method is great if your good at visualising.

Start by lying on your back with your palms facing up. Repeat affirmations to yourself and if you prefer listening to ASMR or subliminal audios while you shift than this is a good time to put that on. Do this until you feel shifting symptoms.

Imagine from your point of view running through a maze chasing a person from your DR. The person from your DR represents the white rabbit. Take your time visualising your surroundings.

After a while your DR person will lead you down a rabbit hole. As you are falling you should see things from your CR and disconnecting your your CR. As you shift into your DR instead of seeing things from your CR it should change to things from your DR.

Once you stop falling you should land in a small room only containing a table with a key on it and a locked door. You need to grab the key and unlock the door.

When you open the door you should see the DR person you had previously been following. They will ask you if you are ready to go. If you are ready to enter your DR you should follow them as they will lead you to your desired reality.
