There you are.

Here I am.

He's looking at me. What Do I Do- Uh-...SMile?!!?

A goofy grin appeared while you waved at him.  He smiled, waving back immediately after his shoulders relaxed. He wasn't that far from you, so he did a quick jog over to you.

"Hey!" He said as he stood in front of you now. "You liked my neat trick?" He was questioning your words. A neat trick? It's his gift. The whole town knows about it.

His eyes met yours, "I haven't seen you before," He said with a hint of a mischievous tone. Grinning as he spoke with a raised eyebrow. The way he spoke made your face heat up. But only a little. You just met him. He's still a mystery to you.

Remaining speechless, you kept watching him with wide eyes as he continued.

"You wouldn't happen to be in the new family I'm hearing all about?" He said, taking a step closer into the space you shared. Your eyes darting away from his. A warmth building on your face.

Scrambling to answer him "WEll- Actually, yeah, that would be me." You quickly said. You took a small step back to allow more distance. It was getting a little too close for comfort, especially since you kept thinking he looked cute. 

"I knew it!" He said as his mischievous feel started to fade. He was being friendly. He let out a small breath, "I'm guessing you don't really know who I am." Lightly rubbing the back of his neck. His eyes looking away. Body still facing towards you. Giving you a sheepish smile.

He has to be part of the Madrigals. I just watched him use a gift or power or something earlier!

"No," You said, finally gaining back some confidence. A smile sneaking back on your face. "No?" He looked back at you, repeating the word. His hand held onto his neck, slowly letting go. Looking into your eyes. "Yeah, no! I do know who you are-" Copying his move from earlier. You stepped forward with a smile dancing on your lips. 

Spinning around slowly to mimic his transformation from earlier. Grabbing onto the edges of your dress. The color of fabric from your dress blended for a second. "Yoouu're part of the Amazing Madrigals." You stated at the start of your motion. Bending slightly as if you were shrinking in size, then popping back up to your height. Finishing the statement after the swift spin. The dress is still in motion as the fabric flows back into a stand-still. Posing, with arms out, still holding onto the dress. It looked as if you were finishing an elaborate dance. Your body relaxing now. Looking back at him to see his reaction. 

He looked back, unmoving. Impressed? Charmed? Maybe he thought it was weird-

(Chuckle)

"Okay- okay, so you do know who I am!" He said, Leaning forward, moving around, looking around your face. His mischievous glow crawled back. His eyes watching you, with a glint in them. "I guess I don't really know who you are." He stated as he relaxed back down, looking at you as he backed away.
