Karl's POV

I knew they were in love from the start. I mean, the way Alex looked when he first saw her gave it away. Y/n always gushed over enemies to lovers stories, yet she never knew she would be in one. Love made them for each other, they were like two puzzle pieces missing until they were found. All my theories were proven when I saw the cuddling this morning, they looked adorable.

I had to take a picture for blackmail, they'll kill me. Mom and dad would freak out, thank god they canceled breakfast this morning. I was sitting on my bed scrolling through tiktok when I heard them.

"A duo, best friends and lovers till the end." I could practically hear Y/n smiling, she was happy. The rest of their talk was muffled, I made out a few words. "Love... Moving... Lexi... Planes... Amor... Shut up!" I heard Y/n scream. I got up, I crept outside the door. God, I seem like an asshole, but I want ty sister safe. "Amor, calm down!" Alex begged. "I will not calm down! Alex, you know I can't leave. I need Karl, my job, everything I've built is here! Besides, what if we..." Y/n froze. "Y/n, are you seriously saying we would break up?!?" "It's always a possibility, I wouldn't want to give up everything! Look at Daniel, I thought that would work out!" "But I'm not him!" "I know you aren't, even if you were, heartbreak is always an option not matter what we do!" I heard screams until something made me freeze. A distant slap could be heard. "Amor, I didn't mean to..." "GET OUT! FUCK YOU!" I heard my sister yell in pain as I swung open the door.

"What the hell is happening?!" "Karl, I never meant to hurt her." "Karl!" Y/n fell into my arms, she was crying. "N/n, what's wrong?" "Alex, he... hit me." "Shh, it's okay. Everything will be okay." I rubbed her hair as Alex stared at me. "Karl," "Get out. I don't give a fuck about the amount of sorry you are, just get the hell away from my sister." "Karl, you knew I wouldn't hurt her!" "I heard enough. I will not tolerate that shit, especially with my sister. You can apologize later, just get the fuck out of my house." He nods sadly, pushing me out of the way through the door. I wait until I hear the front door click to comfort my sister.

"It's okay, everything will be okay." "Karl, I'm not upset he hit me. I'm upset that I still love him." "N/n, you'll probably love him for a while. Just know that I'll support you as long as you feel comfortable and safe. I love you." I pet her hair as she squeaks out, "I love you too."
