Shuichi's POV
Opening gifts was... something. There was torn wrapping paper everywhere, and it took a long time for everyone to open their gifts (since there were so many of us).
I got a couple shirts from some bands I liked, candy (mostly everyone got that), socks, a new hat, and some anime figures from some animes that I liked.
I gave Rantaro a box of Sees chocolates, I gave Kaito a nightlight that shows the galaxy, I gave Kaede some CDs of some favorite pianists that she liked, and I gave everyone else something that interested them in some way.
That was basically all that happened. After helping clean all of the torn wrapping paper, we all went back to our assigned dorms. I was going to go back with Kaito, but Rantaro stopped me and asked if I could ask me something.

Shuichi- "What did you need Rantaro?"
Rantaro- "Ah it's nothin' much, just wanted to ask if we could hang out sometime again?"
Shuichi- "Oh! Sure!"
Rantaro- "I'll text you the deets 'kay?"
Shuichi- "Alright, see ya later Rantaro."
Rantaro- "Later."

Shuichi's POV
When I got back, Kaito questioned why I didn't come back with him immediately after.
Shuichi- "Sorry, Rantaro just wanted to ask if we could hang out sometime next week, that's all!" I told him.
Kaito- "Ah alright! You wanna play some Genshin Impact with me?"
Shuichi- "Oh! Sure!"
And so we played Genshin Impact together until 1:44am.
