The jet landed in a field close by the BAU. Melinda landed and let down the ramp so everyone can get off then pressed the cloak button so it was invisible. The group turned and saw it vanish and were shocked, except Jemma. Melinda got off as the ramp closed as Derek was complaining about the walk. "So, we have to walk the rest of the way?" Derek asks and Melinda turned to him with a smirk on her face, "Why? Is that too much for you?" Derek looked at her and placed a hand over his heart feeling offended. Aaron smirked finding the interaction hilarious as the rest chuckled at his reaction. Derek made a ready-to-argue face at her. "No. It's just, couldn't we have landed the jet on top of the BAU?" Derek asks making Jemma gesture towards the BAU building in the distance, "We could, but there's nowhere to land it." Derek pointed to the jet that is currently invisible, "Ain't it invisible?" Melinda rolled her eyes and began walking as the rest started following. Aaron ran to Melinda's right and walked beside her. "Look, we wish we could make it that invisible so no one can feel it, but Spencer, Leopold, and I aren't that smart to do that!" Jemma rants as she was getting annoyed by Derek already. "All I'm saying is, couldn't we have landed it closer to the building?" Derek asks and Emily, who was also annoyed, turned to look at him, "Why are you arguing about this? No one else is complaining!" Derek interrupted her half way, "I think the BAU should have a close bond with S.H.I.E.L.D and, so they would have their parking spot." Jemma sighed, "We do, for vans or cars, not planes." Derek eventually stopped complaining and continued walking along with the others. Funny thing was, he argued most of the whole walk. They walked into the building and walked into the elevator, which didn't fit most of them, but managed. They get to the floor and a woman was waiting for them, Erin Strauss. "Hello!" Erin greets, smiling seeing the team she requested but frowned when she saw Melinda and Jemma. She gestured to them and looked at the team she's known for a long time, "Who are they?" Before one of them could answer, Jemma smiled at the woman and held her hand out to shake. Erin shook it and turned to the stoic woman next to her and shook her hand as well. "I am Jemma Simmons! Level 5 of SHIELD and this is Melinda May Level 7!" Jemma introduced them, making Spencer place his hands on her shoulders letting her know to calm down. The group all smiled at the young agent in front of them as Melinda just sent Erin her original stoic expression. Erin looked at the two with curiosity as she's heard of one of them but the other not so much. "Follow me." Erin tells them all as Jemma looked at Melinda with a nervous look on her face, but she just sent her a small nod, letting her know she did well. The two women followed the more advanced group as they walked into a conference room and then sat down, as the two women stood to the side. Erin looked at the two women with curiosity again,"Sorry for there not being enough seats for you. I didn't know you two were coming." Melinda nodded in understanding, "It's fine." Jemma walked to the back of Spencer's chair and stood there, as Melinda stood to the side. Aaron looked at her for a split second, after gaining a small smile from her, he turned back. Erin saw this and smiled before explaining the mission, "You are going to Alabama, turns out 13 people have died in the past year. They believe it is someone who hates women, but that's up to you guys to figure out. Miss Simmons and May." Jemma looked at her with a smile, as Melinda looked at her with her stoic expression. Jemma was just glad to be on this mission as Melinda was ready to go already. "Do you both plan on joining this mission?" Erin asks and both women nodded their heads as Erin finally looked at Jemma. She smiled in realization at who she was. "I knew you looked familiar. I wanted to recruit you for the BAU, but Coulson had beat me to it!" Erin tells Jemma, making the group look to Jemma, who was blushing at the amount of attention she just received. She thought about the FBI before but chose SHIELD. "I didn't know that I was on the FBI radar!" Jemma chortled and Erin began to explain, "When a young woman like yourself has a Ph. D. at the age of 16, you'll have people searching for you." Jemma corrected her, "I was a little younger than that, but that's crazy!" Erin then looked to Melinda, who was looking out the window, and smiled. This woman was a mystery to Erin and she wanted to know more about her. "And you!" Erin called catching Melinda's attention, making her turn her head to look to her as the team looked at her as well, wondering what Erin will say. She looked at Aaron with a little anxiety at all the attention and he sent her a small smile in hopes to comfort her, which it did. "I've heard about you as well. You can do everything in the FBI field, can't you?" Erin asks and Melinda told her modestly, "I can't hack and I don't have the education to be like Reid or Simmons." Erin nodded "Interesting." David slaps his hand gently on the table gaining her attention. He was tired of her bombarding the two women about everything. "Can we have the case files?" David asks, making Erin realize what she was doing and nodded, "Of course. I'll give them to you now. Excuse me." Erin left the room, leaving the group alone. Melinda stepped closer to the table and stood between JJ and Derek. Jemma chuckled nervously and looked at them all, "Alright. She's terrifying and I thought Agent Hand was terrifying." Spencer grabbed her hand, which ended up on his shoulder as Erin talked to her, and squeezed it. Melinda scoffed at the name of the brown haired woman with red streaks. "Who's Agent Hand?" Penelope asks curiously, making Melinda answer her knowing that Jemma didn't know her all that well, "She was the old director of SHIELD. She was mostly all about rules that dated back until the beginning that wouldn't work today. Made Daisy leave the plane once." Derek looked up at her when he heard that name making Melinda wink at him unknowingly to the rest. He blushed before beginning to listen. "May kind of helped her, but you'll understand why. Daisy hacked into some files because Coulson was kidnapped and we were trying to find him. Well, her bracelet, which Coulson put on her beforehand, wouldn't let her use many electronic devices because of her accident. Hand found out and tried to kick her off the plane. She asked May and she said yes, making her think May was siding with her, but it was because she works best when she isn't watched over and fifty men are walking around every corner. It worked, Daisy found Coulson and we saved him." Jemma explains and Emily looked at Melinda, "So you tricked her?" Melinda nodded and Spencer went to say something when the door opened, revealing Erin again with the files. She handed out the files and then turned to the two women, "Here you go. We don't have extras for the two of you, so you'll have to share with the group." Jemma smiled at her and took the files from her, "That's fine!" Erin smiled before leaving and Aaron looked at the team. He knew that they will have to leave soon. "Wheels up in 15!" Aaron calls making Jemma gasp and look to Melinda, "He says what you say sometimes!" Melinda smirked slightly before frowning. She walked over to Aaron, making him look at her. "Should I go to the jet and start it?" Melinda asks making Aaron smirk and chuckle at her, because she doesn't know about the plane they get for the BAU. Melinda looked at him confused on why he was laughing at her. "What?" Melinda asks and he just shakes his head, "Sorry but the jet you're referring to isn't the jet I'm referring to. You'll understand when we get there." Aaron continued to smirk and walk away, making Melinda scoffed and followed close behind. What the two didn't know was that the rest were watching in amusement. "I swear those two are going to be the cutest couple when they eventually get together!" Penelope coos as Jemma sighed and looked at the rest of the group, "Well, I am glad they started holding hands!" Penelope, JJ, and Emily gasped and looked at Jemma. Jemma looked at them so confused thinking they already knew. "Jemma Simmons! Why didn't you tell us this information, young lady?!" Penelope asks while David, Derek, and Spencer were watching in amusement throughout this whole conversation. Jemma looked at them with a confused look on her face, "I'm so confused about how you guys didn't see it. They walked into the room holding hands a few days ago!" Derek chuckled "I don't think they were paying attention, Baby girl." Jemma looked at Penelope and gestured to her, "You shouldn't call me that or else Penny will get upset, also she's right here." Penelope gasped and hugged Jemma, making the small girl giggle. She was happy that she was making more friends, besides her brother and her team before them. "I love her! Can we keep her, please?" Penelope asks jokingly, making Derek gesture to Spencer, "I don't think we can. I think she's taken already!" Jemma giggled at Spencer's shocked and confused face as she stood up and walked over to him and hugged his waist. He looked down at her and kissed her head. "Hi, Spen!" Jemma greets as he smiled and greeted back, "Hi, Jem!" Jemma leaned forward on her tiptoes and kissed his cheek. The three other girls in the room cooed at the action as Derek smiled. "Hey! As much as I love your relationship, we have a plane and a surprised May to see!" David tells them all as Emily gasped then smirked, "This I have to see!"
