You sighed, encouraging yourself before walking in the classroom with a smile. You politely smiled at the girl, as she smiled back. The girl got up and walked out of the classroom with her books in her arms. You wanted to ask him to hang out with you, too see what he will say to you.
"Hey, can we hang out today? We can eat dinner at the new house," you spoke and he still standing.
You saw Haechan grab his book and put it in his schoolbag then he getting up from his chair.
"I can't, I have to help my mom.. sorry" he lied obviously, since you knew that he was going to hang out with the girl. You end up not saying anything, you just nodded and made way for him, so he could walk out. Haechan looked at you move out of the way, slightly shocked that you didn't keep talking... but Haechan didn't show it. He walked out of the classroom, his bag hanging on his right shoulder.
You learned against a desk, sighing.
"Trying wouldn't help anymore," you whispered.
