"I want honey glazed chicken with steamed rice." I told her when we made it to the cajun grill line "And thai tea no boba." I added

"What you tellin' me for? I'm not the counter server." she said "Mamaaaaa. Dangggg." I whined throwing a mini tantrum

"So you mad I don't work here? Weird." she scoffed "Mmchtt". I walked away "Girl I'm just playin' bring yo ass." she chuckled

"Count this cause- nevermind. You steal." she said "And?" I cupped my ear "Oh. Okay." I nodded

"Can I get a cookie too?" I asked seeing we were next in line "Nope." she said and began ordering

"And add a  choco chunk cookie please. That's all."

"22.97 is your total will that be cash or card?" the lady asked and I walked away to find a table before someone bumped into me

"My fault" he mumbled looking up from his phone and it was Sane "Nah run ya fuckin' pockets yo." I said to myself but heard him chuckle

"Oh-" I waved awkwardly at Mimi and seen the others coming from behind me "You awkward." Sane mumbled

"And here you are. In my face." I blinked then groaned when I seen my mom smirking behind him

"Don't start My'shayla." I said as she opened her mouth and turned only to walk into Mimi and them.

"Mmchtt. You get on my nerves. I bought you food and this is how you treat me?" she asked with her hand over her chest.

"There's two of y'all?" Mj asked wiggling his eyebrows "Nah this my mama. And mama that's Mj, Mimi, Day, Lala, and ms. bitch." I introduced

"And Sane." I said pointing behind her. "That ain't that girl name." she chuckled pointing at ms bitch.

"What's yo name?" my mom asked her "Kish-" "Ms. Bitch exactly." I cut her off walking to a table "Better be happy I added Ms." I mumbled

"I need you to help me bring the food." she said "Or you want me to get the food?" I asked and she smiled lazily handing me the receipt.

"Kyaire go help her." she said and I looked at her then looked at Sane. "Kyaire my ass." I mumbled and he pushed my shoulder

"Keep my name out yo mouth dirty."

"You know me?" I asked him lowly and he stopped walking "Nigga you don't know me?" he jerked his head back

"Ms. Li I'm finna beat yo daughter ass." he said loud enough for her to hear "Go get my damn food." she said

"I remember your name but, you're not who I think you are." I said "Well obviously I am Xolani." he said and I side eyed him

"Bro who even are you." I mumbled rather than asking giving him the receipt for the food "You ain't finna be using me and you don't know who I am."

He gave the guy at the register the receipt and we got the food walking back over to my mama and them.

"Mom who is this?" I asked nodding my head to Sane "Kyaire." she said "But who is he? How do you know him?"
