Spider-Man no way home continuation

Part 4

Peter was getting ready to do his Spider-Man shift. He hadn't gotten into the suit every since a week back when the battle happened. He just couldn't do it. Every time he put on the suit he would get swarmed with cameras and people asking about Mysterio. But when he was out of the suit he was just Peter Parker. He had no one. His alter ego was different from himself and sometimes Peter wished he could disappear.

Mj had just finished a long shift. Her boss told her she needed to do an extra hour of overtime and now it was 7pm. Her house was in queens so she had to walk a bit. She decided to talk some alleyways as a shortcut. It wasn't the best since the area she was waking through had a lot of crime but she had to get through to help her mother make Christmas dinner. The first 2 alleys were peaceful but then the 3rd one. Mj was walking through when she heard footsteps behind her. She decided to walk then someone grabbed her from behind. She screamed as loud as she could before someone covered her mouth and whispered "it will be alright." She knew this wouldn't end well.

Peter was heading toward Mjs house to make sure she got home. He wants to stay away from here to keep her safe but he always has the temptation to keep checking on her.He had just rescued a little girl early from almost getting run over and the mother thanked him. As he was swinging past some alleys he heard a scream. He'd know that scream anywhere. It was Mj. Peter immediately swung into the alley and saw mj with a man cover her mouth. "Get the hell off her" Peter said before running toward the man and doing a fist fight and webbing him to the wall.

Mj thought she wouldn't survive until she saw spidey jump in and web the man to the wall "Hey ma'am are you alright" Spider-Man asked her. She was stunned she knew she had to tell Ned later about this he was the biggest fan of spidey. "Yeah yeah I'm alright." "You want me to swing you back to your house it's kind of dangerous walking in this area anyway." Mj wouldn't say no to swinging with Spider-Man it would be a good story to tell "Yeah thanks." She replied before holding onto spiders neck and swung away. Suddenly this all felt...very...familiar? She suddenly saw flashes of her and spidey swinging through Times Square together frantically "I told you I never wanted to do this again" she heard herself in her head. Before she knew it spidey had reached her house and dropped her softly on the ground. "Oh thanks." "No problem" Spider-Man replied and saluted her before swinging away. Mj watched as he swung away and slowly entered her home texting Ned about it later

Notes: I may crossover this story with the Hawkeye finale but I need to watch the finale first so imma prob post next on Wednesday
