Im in my 2nd period n for some reason im ready to see Marcus. I decided to tell him face to face how I feel about him,I lost his number so i couldn't text it to him. I tried my best to look cute for him today. I planned my outfit out last night & hoped it turned out right. Im wearing my brown n black high-low cheetah printed dress,with my black sandals. To top it off I put my white pearls on & let my weave flow down my back. I was getting impatient as I waited for Marcus to come in the classroom. Finally,he walked in & I immediately got nervous. Marcus always gave me butterflies in my stomach. As he approached my table, my heartbeat sped up. He finally got to my table n said "Wassup Naomi, you look really nice today." At first I was scared to reply back,there was a brief moment of silence which was awkward. But then Marcus broke the silence n called my name "Naomi?", he said while waving his hands in motion in front of my face to get my attention. "Im sorry Marcus i was daydreaming." I replied dryly. "It's okay ma,what were you daydreaming about?" he asked.(In my head im like:I cant believe he called me ma,it really turned me on otc) "Umm,if I tell you, you gotta promise not to laugh."I said. "Okay ma, I promise."he said. "I was daydreaming about you Marcus." I said. For a minute no words was shared,so I thought maybe he wanna laugh even tho he promise not to. But then again he broke the awkward silence n said "Naomi,u don't have to hide your feelings for me." "Im not hiding my feelings for you Marcus,im just scared." I replied. "Scared of what Naomi,im not going to hurt u."he said. "I don't wanna move to fast Marcus,i barely know u" I said. "So u saying u wanna get to know me first?" he asked. "Yes." I said."Okay Naomi, I guess we were moving to fast n I can tell your love is worth waiting for."he said with all honesty. I smiled. It felt good to get that off my chest."So ma,if u wanted to get to know me why u ain't call so we could talk?" he asked joke fully & with a smile. I giggled n said "I Umm,lost your number." He laughed n then said "I can give it to you again if u want?" "Yeah." I replied n said with a smile. "Okay."he said. He wrote the number down once again n gave it to me. I smiled."You have a beautiful smile Naomi."he said. "Thank u." I said this time with a big smile on my face."You also have the perfect cheekbones to match." he said."Thanks Marcus,but I don't like my smile or my cheekbones."I replied. "You should Naomi,your beautiful." he said. I started blushing. Then bell rung n he offered to walk me to my class. I said yeah,n we walked to my class. When we got to the class he said "Later ma." I replied back "Later Marcus." Out of no where he gave me a kiss on my cheek. I smiled so hard my face was hurting. Next thing I know our lips were pressed against each others. His kisses felt soo good n his lips were soft. We kissed for a few minutes but quickly realized what we was doing. We stopped kissing n I was about to walk off but he grabbed me n said, "I know that was awkward Naomi, but I hope this doesn't change anything between us,I still want u to be comfortable around me n talk to me." It wont change nothing Marcus." I said. "Okay, call me tonight?" he asked with a smile. "Yeah I'll call u." I replied back n returned the smile."Later Naomi." he said. "Later Marcus." I said.
