"Lately, the other nurses have been working their asses off while I have to deal with shitty patients who don't know how to keep their temper in check. Huh? Me? Wait- You can hear me?! Well, in that case...Hi there! I'm Doctor Kosume, one of the top doctors here at the moment but, lately I really haven't been a "Top Doctor" and everything is going downhill. But, hey my raise has gone up, and now I'm being paid $45 an hour. Great right?! I started working here in Osaka for a while now. My family lives down here and, over in the country side, where I used to live, I was getting lonely so I decided to move in with my older Step-Brother down here near family y'know? He's a pain in the ass but he's letting me live for free so I might as well hold him up for the offer. Apparently I'll be the next 'Head' of my family's organization/clan. My dad will pass on soon which means the Head will be mines. He's been going on for 92 years now. Yeah I know, pretty old right? Well his end is nearing so I'll take his spot for him while he's resting in eternal slumber. The clan rules the Upper region of Japan, and we're the richest, fastest, and most powerfully hardworking clan up here. Well, that's what I thought until I found out we have a rival clan of course. I mean what story would this be without an antagonist am I right? Well skip the chit-chat part, my break is almost over and I have to go help a pissed pregnant woman give birth. And, phew isn't it something- Oh! I gotta go, they're calling me in, cya next chapter. Sorry I rant about random stuff haha!"
