Chapter Six

"No way! You're both immortals?!" Toby exclaimed. They have reached home for about an hour now and (Y/n) decided to fill in Toby with a couple of information. "Yeah," (Y/n) calmly said, already have predicted his reaction.

"That's insane! No wonder you have wings," Toby looked at the two in amusement. He can't believe he's been rescued by two immortals. "I'll go to the kitchen and cook an early dinner," (Y/n) excused herself and went to the kitchen. She was chopping down some vegetables to add to the soup when the voices started talking.

'Kill.'

'They're powerless.'

'Useless. Kill them.'

(Y/n) looked down at the knife in her hand and before the voices could take over, she let go. "How am I supposed to cook now?.," She whispered to herself. Taking a deep breath in, she ignored the words and focused on cooking.

"(Y/n)! May I join you? I would like to cook as well," Toby chimed in. "Great.. This is gonna be a lot harder." She thought. "Sure." She scooted over and made space for Toby. "You can chop the ingredients." (Y/n) handed him the knife and all the ingredients that needs to be chopped while she went and heat up the pan.

"Hey (Y/n)," Toby called.

"Yeah?"

"Do you know about the Green God?" Toby asked. "The who??" (Y/n) confusingly answered. "The Green God. I've heard rumours and gossips about him fulfilling one's wish. That is if you could give him something in return that could interest him." Toby explained.

"Any wish?"

"Yeah. Apparently he could bring back the dead too," He added and continued chopping ingredients. "How do you know about this?" (Y/n) asked. "Back then, our entire village would talk about it. Trying to come up wuth something interesting they could barter the Green God.

And when they thought that they finally had the best thing they could exchange for a wish, they realised that they don't know where to find him." Toby chuckled. "So how do you find the Green God?" (Y/n) asked again, interested in such topic.

"Dunno. There should be books somewhere, but wealthy families are the only ones that could actually afford one, especially with those topics in it." Roby pondered, nearly cutting his hand with the knife. "Oh my Gods—Please be careful. And about the Green God, we'll discuss it with Techno later."

Toby and (Y/n) continued cooking until everything was finally done. "I'll call Mr. Blade, you can get the table ready." She walked out the house, already having an idea as to, where the man could be. "Mr. Blade! Dinner's ready." She yelled at Technoblade who was farming potatoes. "I'll be there in a second." Technoblade said back. "Hurry! We have something to discuss after dinner." And with that, (Y/n) went back inside their little cottage house.

The three sat at the dinner table, munching away. After they finally finished, (Y/n) put the dishes away and went back to the table. "Is it ok if I head to bed?" Toby asked with a yawn. "Of course." (Y/n) smiled as Toby walked out. "Ok so what is this that is needed to be discussed?" Technoblade asked as soon as Toby was out. "Ok so Toby told me about the Green God. Do you perhaps know who he is?" (Y/n) leaned on the table.

"I've heard about him, but not that much information. Why?" Technoblade pondered. "Toby told me that he has heard about him through village gossips," (Y/n) muttered out. "And? What about him? Is something special about him?" Technoblade questioned.

"I thought you've heard about him?"

"I did. I've heard that he is merciless when it comes to killing. And he can kill people without even hurting them. Just, instantly killed." Technoblade pondered, trying to remember everything that he have heard about this Green God.

"... Well—Toby told me something, completely different to that. He told me he can do anything.. The Green God, can do anything.. And Techno, if he is given something that interests him, he will grant any wish.." (Y/n) explained. By the look on Technoblade's face, he already know what (Y/n) was thinking.

"No."

"What?.."

"No. We aren't looking for that Green God. You haven't even started on looking for Phil." Technoblade stood up and got himself a cup of tea. "I know but—"

"(Y/n). You don't know where the Green God is—"

"I don't know where father is either!"

"That's not the point. This Green God you are talking about, he is dangerous. Sure he can grant you a wish, if you have something to interest him, but you don't have proof that that actually is true.

Toby has heard about it through rumours and gossips, what makes you so sure that they're true?" Technoblade calmly spoke. "I want to believe that it's true.. Techno I miss them. I'd do anything to bring them back.." (Y/n) looked at Technoblade in the eyes with tears clouding her vision.

"I know. I do too.. But you promised that you'd bring back your father and have him visit. We can venture and look for the Green God after we find Phil. Therefore we'll have more power to hopefully fight the Green God in case the rumours Toby heard is false." Technoblade stood up and walked towards (Y/n) engulfing her in a hug. (Y/n) stood still, quite gobsmacked. Technoblade is not one who like physical touch.

But Technoblade can make exceptions. Take (Y/n) for example..

I've been gone for so long haven't I? I'm really sorry, I know I made you all wait for such a long time. Please forgive me.

I had to redo this chapter, like 3-5 times. I just didn't like it yknow. But anyways,, they soon will be looking for dadza so we have that going on. :3

School is tiring and my mom has recently got a job so now, both her and my dad work which leaves me alone at home to take care of my brother, so it still may take me a bit long to upload but I'll do the best that I can =)
