Prologue

Inside the museum, a thief was trying to escape with a jade mirror from the era of the Three Kingdoms. He had already injured the guards who tried to stop him and was now being chased by a group of teenage boys. One of them lunged at the thief and tackled him to the ground.

"NO!" the thief shouted as the artefact flew from his hands and hit the floor, the mirror shattering into a thousand pieces. "YOU FOOL! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT YOU'VE DONE!?"

As the mirror shattered, they were suddenly engulfed in a blinding flash of light.

"MON DIEU!"

"WHAT'S HAPPENING!?"

"BRO, I CAN'T SEE!"

According to legend, long ago, the Sovereigns descended and brought order to the world.

One became the sun and bathed the world in its light.

One became the sky to provide shelter from the darkness.

One became the sea and nurtured the world with its waters.

One became the land that would bring life to the world.

According to the Celestial Chronicles, in times of strife when the land is shrouded in darkness, the Warriors of Heaven would descend upon the Earth and be entrusted with the souls of the Sovereigns. Only through the Seal of Heaven and the Celestial Armor would the Messenger of Heaven be revealed. He would exorcise the land from darkness to bring forth peace and unity.

These Warriors of Heaven would be known as Armored War Gods and the time of their descent has come upon us.
