As the clouds parted a large silhouette could be seen. The sun beams hit it and reveal that its a large ship effortlessly flying through the bright morning sky. Wasn't it supposed to be in the water below? How and why was it flying above Gravesend of all towns? "Move out of the captain's way! Move!" Someone with red hair put up in a neat bun shouted. He pushed his glasses up with his ring finger and continued to walk in front of someone. He was holding a clipboard in his hand.
''I'm movin i'm movin don't worry!" someone with half shaved orange hair shouted back with a wide smile. The orange haired boy was holding a wooden crate with his one and only hand. Someone on the main deck stood on top of a chair.
"What do we all want for dinner? Hello?" he yelled out to the crew but nobody answered. His hair was standing up on end. It was a lovely blonde color with a brown streak in the middle. He grabbed someone near him and pulled them up onto the chair as he stepped off of it. The new man on the chair had an eyepatch on his right eye and a large scar running across his face. His hair was a light brown hue, and his skin was a marbled tan and cream color.
"Hey listen up! Choly would like to ask a very important question!" He yelled with a powerful voice. Once everyone was looking up at him he stepped down and let Choly back on the chair where he originally stood.
"As I was saying... What do we all want to eat? We could have fried chicken or we could stop in the town below. What will it be?" He questioned everyone with his hands folded in front of him. He knew that if they were to stop in the town below they would most likely be eating fish which wasn't his favorite. On the brightside he wouldn't have to cook for the crew that night.
"I think we should go into town. That way we could explore this part of England a bit more! Maybe even find some beautiful young woman~" A boy with long purple hair said. His hair was pulled back into a low ponytail. Little specs covered his face like raindrops on rose petals.
"Thank you Cass... anyone else have a preference?" Choly asked. "Anyone at all?" After a while of him standing on the chair waiting for an answer someone spoke out.
"Maybe we should just stay up here. We could dock in the river below and eat here. I don't feel like getting off the ship today, its not like anyone here would be nice anyways. Especially the women. All of the small town women suck! I bet all the Gravesend girls smell like fi-" the young man with short baby blue hair was smacked across the face in the middle of him talking by the man with a red bun. The boy with blue hair held his cheek in his hand.
"Glen. We do not speak about people like that. We can't just go around stereotyping people like that. This is a small town and they don't get many people here. They would probably like us to stay a while. We could help contribute to the small businesses here." Ivann stated. He brushed a small piece of red hair out of his face and tucked it behind his ear. After his little mini speech everyone went silent. A short teenage boy raised his hand up high into the air. His short fluffy purple hair that covered his eyes swayed in the wind.
"Ah Mike! What do you want to do for dinner tonight?" Choly asked the short boy. Mike only pointed to the ground. That was his way of saying that he wanted to grab something to eat in town. Mike was always quiet and if he said anything it was usually telling people to die. He's only fifteen years old and probably doesn't know what he's saying... right?
"So... Mike wants to eat in town. Anyone else?" Choly questioned everyone again. The lack of voices drove Choly to tap the tips of his fingers together. Tap. tap. Tap. Finally someone spoke up.
"I like the idea of going into town. We could support the small businesses indeed. that sounds like quite a lot of fun! What do you say boys? Go into town and have some fun?" The man said with a grin as big as the sun. He walked through the small crowd of people standing on the main deck of the ship. People looked at him with a smile while he stood next to Choly, the one on the chair. The crew all looked at the man next to the chair. He was a tall man with long burnt cream hair and round glasses. He had a little bit of stubble on his face and a scar over his lip. He wore brown and white clothes. A large captain's coat was draped over his shoulders and it was obviously too big for him. "Lets move out! Get ready to dock!" The tall man shouted. The crew cheered and ran to their stations. They were about to head into the city below.
