temporary vs permanently shifting
temporary shifting- when you shift to another reality for a limited amount of time. this is when you, the shifter, decide you only want to stay in your desired reality for example 10 years and then shift back. after being in your dr for 10 years you will shift back
permanently shifting- when you shift to another reality and plan on staying there forever. you wouldn't shift back here even if you died in your desired reality. you'd only come back if you wanted to but that's not the goal
when you do a temporary shift you can either script how long you stay in your dr, use lifa to shift you back, or do a shifting method while in your desired reality
if you permanently shift and still want to shift to other realities/ drs you can you'll just shift back to the dr you permanently shifted to after
