She is the meaning of perfection.

The girl who grabs everyone's attention.

She's the monster created by society and her tumultuous family.

The stories she tells you may have you thinking how does she keep her sanity.

If only she could tell you how she stayed so prudence.

From being the best in everything she did to being in ruins.

How could no one notice?

As she died slowly everyday like a lotus with no water.

It wasn't because she hid it so well, it was because no one truly cared.

Her peers envied her, as well as family

Although she didn't do anything to deserve the hate she got...just disgusting

The way everyone excepted nothing but perfection from her....the way her parents bragged about her.....the way males saw as nothing but just a sex toy....the way she had little kids looking up to her....it was just all disgusting

She didn't know who she was or what she was supposed to be

It was programmed into her brain to just make everyone happy...no matter the expense of her own well being

Her insides started to rot away slowly...she wanted to die

Wait, No

She wanted to live....and all she wanted to do was keep breathing

Mommy and daddy's sweet baby girl...where did we go wrong they probably asked themselves

As they rushed to the hospital

To see the most soulless look on her face....she cried as they hugged her not because she felt bad for what she did only because she was confused and didn't know what to live for

Her siblings also envied her...she was perfection remember but as soon as they found out she wasn't they swooped in and tried to take the spot light

She didn't care but even though they tried so hard.... Their was still all this talk about her

She continued to fake everything because nothing changed at all....

Until one day she snapped

Satan himself was scared once she let out her scream

So much fiery emotion that she didn't understand...all she knew was I'm tired of being the golden child
