Apples and Cakes [L and Light Fanfic]

Chapter 1

It was the late depth of the night and Light wasn't asleep L found this interesting usually it would be him staying up and typing senselessly on the computer but he had company Light and him were still chained so not like Light could be up to much and stood by the balcony staring out into the sky

"Lot on your mind isn't there Kira worried what will await once your proven guilty?" L spoke out eyes still in his screen

Light sighed softly at the remark of him being Kira and turned from the dark moon light sky to his nemesis

"Ryuzaki would you stop that, but yes there does seem to be something on my mind."

"Would you like to tell me?"

"Hm not really this is something I have to figure out by myself.."

"Hm alright then but that just peaks my interest even more" L stopped typing for a moment looking back into Lights eyes before shading up and joining him

"Is that so Ryuzaki?"

"Yes, who knows you might be confessing Light and this moment will be recorded in court documents." He slowly shaked his hands as if presenting something

"I think it's time for me to go to sleep ima need it so we can continue the case tomorrow." Light looking a bit annoyed and started heading to the bed tugging on the chains while L got pulled forward

"Hm..about 5%" hummed out Ryuzaki closing the door to the balcony and sighed "But I suppose I should also get some sleep." he turned off the computer and soon enough both males got ready to sleep

Once they were both ready they got themselves in their own beds light turning off the lamp that stood in the nightstand between both beds
"Goodnight Ryuzaki"
"Goodnight to you as well Light"

{After that night we transition to Morning}

"Light Yagami would you wake up now I do have to go to the restroom." L said blankly and stood over the hound male staring as he woke up with a small groan

"Of course Ryuzaki" he sighed and got up as they both walked towards the bathroom both backs turned against each other they both tried being mature of the situation even though light protested against this all at the beginning ryuzakis defense being that makes do their business almost always around each other in public restrooms so light had no fight back against that as well as hot springs so they'd both have more comfort against each other in the lavatory

"You know Ryuzaki I had a strange dream about you." Light suddenly spoke out getting Ryuzakis attention

"Is that so? I didn't know the perfect Light Yagami was gay-"

"No not anything like that! Ugh forget it." Light immediately regretted saying anything

"No please do continue does this have to do with anything of why you stayed up last night?" L slightly turned to look at light as he flushed the toilet and started washing his hands

"I suppose it does and I was thinking about our little..dispute."

"On how you lost? Yeh if I was Kira I'd still be quite upset on that."

"Your not listening- would you really be disappointed if I'm not Kira?" Light glared at L through the mirror and started brushing his teeth

"Well to put it frankly I will, im surely I'm right just don't have any evidence but to my head it all makes sense." He shrugged and started getting ready for the day as well

"We'll I'm not Kira. Mind in cuffing us so we can shower?" Light held out my hand L nodding and unlocked the chains letting both of them take off their shirts and put it back on which light always seemed to be annoyed at but didn't comment and finished undressing stepping to his side of the shower a curtain being their little barrier as both started showering Light continued sharing his dream and it was all about L and trying to figure out what he'd to if he'd catch another Kira he did leave out the part we're he was worried about their relationship yet L reciprocated with what would usually go down as Kira's punishment in court which was most likely a death penalty and getting back to working on cases

"Did this chat help you Light?" Ryuzaki suddenly swung the curtain open catching light off guard and grabbed the end of it trying to pull it back over

"Ryuzaki we are still in the shower! Misa is right you're just one big pervert." He shifted to hide behind the curtain

"So? It looks like god was very generous when creating you" he jokingly lowered his head to look Light quickly pulling on his hair

"Eh Eh Eh! Your side right now Ryuzaki- and change your shampoo, here have some of mine." He sighed letting go of his hair and pulled the curtain back grabbing his shampoo and slipping it to L while he took

"Hm thank you light awfully 'Generous' of you" he tried it on his hair with a small smirk meanwhile light waited and just soaked under the shower when both males where done they dried up and got changed heading to talk to the others and continue their case
