Backstory: ever since the bombs fall, life in the South wasn't easy for any kid like y/n. He was abandoned by his parents so that they can save their own ass. A couple of years later He was living on the street until raiders that come to sack and murdered the town residents that he is living in. It was a long struggle but in the end the raiders had been killed. However this leads to a power struggle cuz of the mayor is dead, there was a long debate until they decided to chose y/n to become the next mayor.

Couple of years ago before y/n become the mayor he have read history books of America to this foundation all the way to modern era. What caught his interest in the history of America is the one known as the Confederacy, he was interested in it's culture, the art, or the military. However he was never a big fan of slavery, he has seen slavers took off with some people he never know.

So he thought that he could bring something back from the past that day on, is when the Confederacy rise from the ash as a new nation.
