You're an angel too || stucky one-shot

Steve thought that maybe he could love him, he was different, Steve loved everything about him, his eyes, nose and lips, his laugh, but....

He wasn't her.

"I need to talk to you"....he said to Bucky who was reading in his bed.

"Sure...what do you want to talk about?" his eyes looking at Steve with confusion

"I don't think I can do this anymore... I'm so sorry"

"Oh.... I see....you haven't forgotten her yet, have you?"

Steve shook his head in denial

"well, I guess I already knew that, I just wanted to convince myself that this was real" Bucky looked at the floor with a sad smile that made his heart ache

"Buck you're amazing for real, you're an incredible person...it's not your fault...it's just...."

"I'm not her'' he interrupted him.
"I know how beautiful she was Steve, she was like an angel, but I also know that what we lived together this whole year was a lie, every time u looked at me, you were thinking of her didn't you?"

"I... I..." Steve didn't know how to answer that

"It's ok Stevie, even if everything was a lie, it was a beautiful lie", Bucky was still holding that sad smile as a tear was sliding down his cheek…" I loved every moment we spent together, and even if everything was a lie....all I felt was real... I love u....but I know I'm not her and I don't have your heart, and I know it's time to say goodbye" 

Steve  let his tears fall of his eyes, he knew how Bucky deserved so much better, and he just wished the best for him

"Bucky, I'm sorry, I love you too but...not in that way, can we just be friends?" even if he wasn't her, Steve liked him as an amazing friend and hoped he didn't have to let him go

"oh Stevie, u know I couldn't be with just as a friend...not with all these feelings in my heart" Bucky wiped his tears with his thumb as his hand was rubbing Steve’s face...

"I guess it's time for us to say goodbye to each other" Bucky took his hand off Steve’s face and started walking out of the house because he couldn't take it anymore, it was too much pain.

Steve watch him go from the window...but he felt the need to say more, so he opened the window and yelled "BUCKY YOU'RE AN ANGEL TOO" but Bucky didn't turn back, he heard it, but he didn't have the strength to face Steve again, so he continued walking
now with a little smile.

"oh Buck you're an angel too, but just like her, I don't deserve u" Steve thought to himself as he laid down in his bed, until he saw the page that Bucky was reading before, and a particular sentence that he underlined caught his attention:

-I loved him, so I let him go
