"The Old Amber," Goh said, "its gone." "Would it have anything to do with the flying Aerodactyl burning the grass outside," Ash said. They all ran outside. "Come back Aerodactyl," Goh yelled chasing after it. Ash and Chloe were about to follow but heard rustling in the bushes. "Eevee," Ash said, "Swift." Jessie and James came tumbling out of the bushes. They jumped up. "Ahhh," Meowth cried, "its the twerps." "Emily only sent you," Ash said, "why? "Not just them," a voice said from above, "hello Ash." Giovanni jumped and landed on the ground. "Giovanni," Ash regarded coldly. "Is that any way to address your former boss," Giovanni asked. "Considering you killed most of my family," Ash said, "I would say it is." "Guess there's nothing I can do about that," Giovanni said. "I've waited 5 years for this," Ash said. There was an explosion in the distance. "Chloe, take Pikachu and go help Goh," Ash said. Chloe ran off and Pikachu jumped off Ash's shoulder before running after her. "You three," Giovanni yelled, "after her." Ash whistled and Eevee shot a Shadow Ball at their feet. "Eevee," Ash yelled. "Ee, eevee," Eevee cried before running off after Chloe. "After it," Giovanni snarled. Jessie, James and Meowth stumbled after Eevee. "I will make your death painful," Giovanni growled, "go Rhydon." "Go Blastiose," Ash yelled. "Use Stone Edge," Giovanni yelled. "Use Hydro Pump," Ash yelled back.

"Scorbunny use Iron Head," Goh yelled, "Scor," Scorbunny cried. "Aerooo," Aerodactyl roared as it overpowered Scorbunny by using Giga Impact. "Nows our chance," Goh yelled, "Scorbunny use Ember." Ember bounced off Aerodactyl harmlessly. "Aeroooo," Aerodactyl roared as it used Rock Slide. "Scor scor bu bunny," Scorbunny cried as it was repeatedly hit with falling Rocks. "Dactyllll," Aerodactyl cried as it flew close to use Dragon Claw. "Scorbunny use Flame Charge Goh yelled. Aerodactyl was about to overpower Scorbunny but then Scorbunny began to glow. Aerodactyl was forced back and where Scorbunny once was, there was a new Pokemon. "It evolved," Goh cried before pulling out his Pokedex. "Raboot, the Rabbit Pokemon," the Pokedex said, "Its thick and fluffy fur protects it from the cold and enables it to use hotter fire moves." "Raboot use Iron Head," Goh yelled, "raaaaaa," Raboot cried. "Aerodactylllll," Aerodactyl cried using Giga Impact. Aerodactyl easily overpowered Raboot. "Raboot," Goh cried. Aerodactyl turned to Goh. "Pika," Pikachu cried, firing off a Thunderbolt. "Aerooo," Aerodactyl cried firing a Flamethrower in Pikachu's direction. Pikachu dodged using spin dodge before hitting Aerodactyl with a Volt Tackle. "Go Pokeball," Goh cried. It shook 3 times before dinging. "Goh," Chloe yelled. "Chloe," Goh said, "you're alright." "There's no time," Chloe said. "Where's Ash," Goh asked. "That's the thing," Chloe said, "he's fighting the leader of Team Rocket."

"Blastiose, return," Ash said, "rest up. Thank you for your efforts." "Rhydon, return," Giovanni said, "do better next time. Does this not bring back memories?" "Yes," Ash said, "the second time we fought each other on equal terms." "The first was friendly," Giovanni remembered, "to see how well a champion battled. You impressed me then, you don't impress me now." "I'll show you impressive," Ash growled, "go Torterra." "Rhyperior," Giovanni yelled, "use Rock Tomb." "Torterra," Ash yelled, "use Leaf Storm." Use Hammer Arm," Giovanni yelled. "Use Giga Impact," Ash yelled. "Rock Wrecker," Giovanni yelled, "Dark Pulse," Ash yelled. "Fire Punch," Giovanni yelled, "Iron Tail," Ash yelled. "This should give you some memories of a battle you had in the past," Giovanni said, "a battle you had with someone we both know." "The battle I had with Paul," Ash realised. "That would be correct," Giovanni said, "what did he say then?" "Pikachu is stuck," Ash remembered, "and Electivire has another arm." "Yes," Giovanni said, "that applies here even though there are different Pokémon. Rhyperior use Hammer Arm." "Rhyyyyy," Rhyperior cried before slamming into Torterra. "Terraaaa," Torterra cried. "Torterra, return," Ash said. "Rhyperior, return," Giovanni said, "well done." "Go Sceptile," Ash yelled. "Go Beedrill," Giovanni yelled. "Mega Evolve," they both yelled at the same time. "Use Leaf Blade," Ash yelled, "Use Poison Jab," Giovanni yelled. 

"Stop right there," Jessie said, "We've been given orders to stop you," James said, "So that's exactly what we're going to do," Meowth said. "Go Seviper," Jessie said, "Go Carnivine," James yelled. "Ee eevee," Ash's Eevee cried. "pika pika," Pikachu cried. "Seviper use Poison Tail," Jessie cried. "Carnivine use Bullet Seed," James cried. "Eevee," Eevee cried using Double Edge, crashing into Seviper. "Pi pikachu," Pikachu cried using Thunderbolt on Carnivine. Seviper and Carnivine crashed into Jessie and James, sending them flying. "Team Rocket's blasting off again," they all cried. An explosion rang off in the distance. Chloe and Goh glanced at each other before saying, "Ash." Pikachu and Eevee ran off with Goh and Chloe not far behind. 

"Use Dragon Claw," Ash yelled. "Use Brick Break," Giovanni yelled. "Night Slash," Ash yelled. Beedrill was sent flying into a tree. "Beedrill use Twineedle," Giovanni yelled. "Sceptile use Thunder Punch," Ash yelled. "Beedrill use X-Scissor," Giovanni yelled, "Sceptile use Leaf Blade," Ash yelled. Beedrill dodged Scpetile's attack and slammed it into the ground. "Use Poison Jab," Giovanni yelled. "Use Dragon Claw," Ash yelled. The moves collided, creating an explosion. "Ash," A voice yelled from behind him. Ash turned and Chloe and Goh were running towards him. The smoke had cleared and Giovanni was standing on the opposite end of a burning crater. "I will leave you for now, Ketchum," Giovanni said, "but we will meet again. Next time I will not fail." Giovanni returned Beedrill to its Pokeball before running back into the airship. "Good job Sceptile," Ash said, "return." "Shouldn't we go after him," Goh asked. "No use," Ash said, "it won't accomplish anything." The airship shot into the sky before turning invisible and flying into the night sky. "Best we can do is go," Ash said. "How did he find us," Chloe wondered. "I spoke to an old friend who's apart of Team Rocket," Ash said, "it was probably her. Even if she wasn't there, he would've found us. He has eyes everywhere." "Why would anyone want to join an organisation like that," Goh asked. "The promise of power," Ash said, "Giovanni wants to bring a new world order. He's tried different methods over the years. From what I can tell, he plans to keep Team Rocket mostly in the shadows." "Is that why you joined," Chloe asked, "for power?" "I joined for a purpose," Ash said, "back when I joined, my mind was in a different place. I was 14, I didn't fully understand what I had gotten myself into. I was fuelled by anger, hatred, regret, betrayal, a desire for revenge. I had gotten my revenge on one of the people who forced me down this path, the other one was lucky. We should go before the sun rises, otherwise people will question what we did here."

"So Ketchum was spotted in this city," the man asked. "Yes," Brock replied, "he came yesterday and left early this morning." "Was it clear what he was doing here," the man asked. "He was seen battling Giovanni," Brock said. "So," the man said to himself, "Giovanni has decided to take matters into his own hands. Looks like I'll have to get more involved in this operation. Thank you for your help, Brock." "Don't mention it Officer Blake," Brock said, "I was glad to help." "I'll have to deal with the Ketchum's before going after Giovanni," Blake said to himself, "but which one do I go after?"
