Jack sat in the car staring out as the trees flew by. The day was dark and it was raining slightly. Tears rolled down his cheeks as he thought of Dave. His oldest brother and how amazing he had been. He had only been little but he had been very attached to Dave. Jack sighed as he thought of how Emma would never know him. He wondered what was going to happen to them.
Adam drove in silence, his hands shaking on the wheel. He hadn't wanted to do that but he had to, he had to keep his family safe. He hoped she would take them in. He hoped his mother would take care of them. Suddenly he felt like I little boy again. Wanting his mother more than anything else in the world.
