My Method - Intent Method

The Intent Method is a form of shifting method that allows you to shift to a desired reality (DR).

So, you are going in with the dedication and mindset of shifting.

Create a Playlist

Well...what do I add to the said playlist?

Good Question! It has to have a variety of the following:

{Subliminal - Videos that help with the subconsciousness/Imagination}

{Room Ambience - to get a feeling of assurance and familiarity when shifting to DR}

.

{Sleep Aids - to help you relax your mind and fall asleep peacefully}

.

{Bonus if you find music with your chosen character!}

"Get in a comfortable position"

What does this actually mean? People overthink this step and honestly, how you normally sleep in your comfortable position is the position you are supposed to keep without moving.

Example: I either hug a body pillow or lay on my stomach and do the leg thing.

But I move in my sleep...?

I do too, in fact, I tend to twitch often. How did I stop this? I restrain my legs and hug a pillow for dear life. Then I pray I do not move for the life of me. Keeping your thoughts occupied help refrain from any sudden movements.

Start Playlist and Dive In

Start playing the videos you gathered and start going over your script if your mind tends to be everywhere (ADD/ADHD/Anxiety/Depression can often lead to racing thoughts, which is why I say go over your script.)

If you do not have racing thoughts, then lucky you, all you have to do is go over your script beforehand + keep your mind clear.

Right before you are about to fully sleep, say a phrase you will remember. It can be anything, this phrase will act as a key to your DR.

I use:

"I am coming Saeyoung." for just 707

and

"Let's Marry At The Space Station!" for Mystic Messenger Universe

"I'm on my way to the House of Lamentation." for Obey Me! One Master to Rule them All Universe
