Draco? {Draco x reader}

But before I could answer any of her questions, she bust down crying into her knees. Before I could chicken out, I slid my shoes off and crawled up beside her. When I slid my arm around her shoulders, she turned to me and cried into my chest until she couldn't cry anymore. When she finished crying, she looked up at me and said,

Y/N: I'm going to go get a shower

I nodded and she left to go get her shower. About 30 minutes later, she came out of the bathroom in some sweat pants and a crop. I couldn't believe how beautiful she was. When she looked up and saw me, she asked,

Y/N: You stayed?

D: Yeah, why wouldn't I?

Y/N: Ummm, probably because you don't like people and people don't like you?

We looked at each other for a little then busted out laughing.

Y/N's POV

As I watched this strange boy sit on my bed and laugh with me, I felt my face heat up.

D: Well I should probably leave so you can get some sleep. You've had a very hard day.

When I though about him leaving, my stomach dropped and before I knew what I was saying, I blurted out,

Y/N: No! I mean can you stay for tonight?

Draco's POV

When she asked me to stay, I knew that I shouldn't but I replied,

D: If that is what you want, then yes I can stay but I don't have any clothes so I have to go back to my room to get my clothes.

Y/N: No you don't. I told you that I had older brothers and the good thing about being the little sister is that they let you steal their clothes. There should be some sweat pants in the top drawer and an oversized t-shirt in the one right under it.

D: Well that does make things a little easier. May I use your shower?

She nods and I stand up to go get a shower after grabbing the clothes.

Y/N's POV

As he was getting his shower, I was on my bed looking at a book and wondering what had made me ask this boy that I hardly know, to stay the night with me. But when he came out of the bathroom with his hair dripping wet, the thought just evaporated. I laughed and got up off my bed, walked past him to grab a towel and come back. When I got to him, he sank down to my level by sitting on the bed and looked up at me. I dried his hair and we laughed as I did so.

D: You're different than everyone else here

Y/N: How so?

D: Well, first of all, you are nice to me when most people fear me. Secondly, you are a lot softer than anyone I've ever seen. And lastly, you are more beautiful than any girl I've ever seen.

Y/N: Did you just say that I was beautiful?

D: (rubbing the back of his neck) Yeah

Draco's POV

Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! Why did I just say that out loud!?

D: If you don't want me to say that, I can stop. All you have to do is tell me.

Y/N: No, no! I like it. It's just that the only people who have ever called me beautiful is my two older brothers

D: Not even your boyfriend calls you beautiful?

Y/N: What boyfriend!?

D: Theo Riddle. I heard him tell you that you have to keep your relationship a secret.

She surprised me by laughing, but when she saw the confused look on my face, she stopped laughing and explained.

Y/N: Theo isn't my boyfriend. I consider him my boy best friend but in actuality, Theo and Tom are my two older brothers Draco.

D: Oh

Y/N: Why? Were you jealous?

D: NO!! Why would you say that?

Y/N: Ummmm, probably because you are turning red and you keep rubbing the back of your neck like you're nervous.

I took my hand down and just sat there for a minute, then she added

Y/N: Draco, you don't have to be nervous about what you say to me. You're not going to scare me away that easily

Then walked on the other side of the bed and crawled in. When she was under the covers, she rolled over and looked back at me. Her warm smile made me smile as well and I crawled in beside her. I cut off the light and kept my back facing her until I felt her tiny hand on my back as she cuddled up to me. I then turned over and let her cuddle into my chest as I placed my face in her hair. Before I fell asleep, she looked up at me in the dark and ask,

Y/N: Draco

D: Yeah?

Y/N: What are we?

D: What do you mean?

Y/N: Well, we are more than friends but less than a couple and I wanted to know where we stand in this.

D: How about we say we are a couple? If you say yes to becoming my girlfriend.

Y/N's POV

I didn't know what to say to his question. When I didn't answer, he rolled back over and said,

D: Nevermind Y/N

Y/N: No I wasn't ignoring you. It just shocked me because I met you yesterday.

D: Please don't try to make excuses. I've heard so many from my mother and father as to why they couldn't make it to something important. And please, don't play with my feelings

Y/N: Draco, please turn over

He turned over and looked at me. I propped myself up on my elbow and looked into his beautiful green eyes.

Y/N: I would never play with your feelings and I'm not making any excuses. Please don't ever think that I don't care about how you feel. Also, yes, I would love to become your girlfriend.

Before I knew what I was doing, I leaned down and kissed him on the lips then laid down on his chest while his arms were around me and fell asleep in his soft, warm, safe embrace.
