Chapter 1

Mayella's POV

Clara called everyone down to the front room for adoption day, the day I'm always excited about but hate all at the same time. I've been here for 6 years and no one has even looked at me, they always look at the youngest kids or the ones who are active and talk to them. I grab the book I've been reading and find a spot away from all the commotion.

I sit there and glance up every once in awhile, hoping at least some one would give me the time of day. I see a shadow appear above me.

"Hi sweetie, what's your name?"

Cameron's POV

"Hey Cam, Bart is looking for you he said it was something important" Matt says. I walk into Bart's office and sit down.

"I have a great idea and it would be great for publicity and a good cause, your going to adopt a child, your the oldest one out of all the guys" Bart says

"Ya but Bart all you want is publi-" he cuts me off

"It's done with, your going in 20 minutes to pick out a kid under 12" he says and leaves. I go back to the guys and they asked what the meeting was about

"Bart wants me to adopt a kid for 'publicity and a good cause' " they all nod and I go over to Nash and ask him to come with me, he nodded and we go to the adoption center. we get there and there are kids running around, talking to other adults, trying everything to get people's attention.

Nash is off playing with a little baby boy and I see a little girl sitting in the corner, not trying her hardest to get people's attention, staying away from everybody, just sitting reading a book. I walk over to her and crouch down to her

"Hi sweetie, what's your name?" She looks up and puts her book down

"Mayella" she sticks her hand out and I shake it.

"Cameron" I sit down next to her and ask her about herself. "I like to read, sing and skate board, I have been here for 6 years and I like the color purple, I would love to have a husky and usually don't talk to people at these things I've gotten used to people looking over me even though I'm younger and my old friend used to call me may may." I told her I would be right back and found Nash

"Nash I found the one, talking to her made me forget why we were here, her name is Mayella" He gives me a look.

"You sure dude?" I nodded and filled out he paper work for Mayella and went to find her again.

I found her in the same spot reading her book "Hey Mayella, lets go pack, your coming home with me." Her eyes light up and she grabs my hand and drags me to her room and we packed all her stuff up

"What did you put as my name" she asked me

"Mayella Natalie Dallas" she smiled and we went back to the hotel, on the way there I told her that's and Nash are famous and told her about Magcon and she's going to meet the boys

Mayella's POV

When we get to the hotel here was 8 guys and a girl. One of the guys with dirty blond hair and brown eyes came up to me

"Hi sweet heart my name is Matthew but you can call me Matt what's your name "

"Mayella" they all said hi and introduced themselves

Tan, brown hair brown eyes- Cameron/ Cam aka dad

Brown hair with streak of blond, really blue eyes- Nash

Dark brown long hair, also really blue eyes- Hayes Nash's younger brother

Dirty blond hair brown eyes- Matthew/Matt

Long brown hair, wears bandanas- Taylor

Hair like Hayes', brown eyes- Aaron

Tan, black hair brown eyes, singer- Jack Gilinsky /Gilinsky

Short, blond hair blue eyes(darker than Nash and Hayes'), rapper- Jack Johnson/ JJ

Asian- Carter

Brown hair, tall, singer- Shawn

Long red really curly hair, freckles- Mahogany/ lox

My dad brings me to the room that we are sharing with Nash and he said hat we also live with him in LA. I say I want to go to bed and they leave.
