For the first link (Master Script), I included things that would apply to all realities I shift to, that way, I wouldn't have to keep writing it over and over again. I included things such as my safe word, the time ratio (x time in my OR = x time in my DR), etc... I will put what all I have in this section down below. If you are not interested in what I put, you can just skip to the next chapter. <3  (Also, S.T.2 stands for "Script Template #2" LOL)

For all Realities: (what I wrote)

I have a high pain tolerance. I am immune to dying. I am immune to being in direct, or immediate danger. I can leave my DR whenever I want. When I shift back, I will finish out the entire day in my DR, and at night when I go to sleep, that is when I shift back unless I want to shift back in that very moment. (This is really wordy, I know, I'm so sorry if it doesn't make sense.) From my DR, I shift back to my WR, and then if I want to come back to my OR, then all I have to do is say my safeword again.  I'm immune to experiencing any trauma, (you can't really stop anything from being traumatic, but you can prevent things from happening to you that might be traumatic to you) lasting pain, and lasting illnesses. When I leave my desired reality, it will remain "frozen" until I return back, and then it will continue from where I left off. I'm immune to the possibility of forgetting my safe word. In my DR's where I have a phone, I have a lifa app, if I do not have a phone in my DR, I have a lifa journal. My eyes will automatically open when I shift into my waiting room.  I can only have kids if I am ready to, so if I have seggs for funsies, nothing happens lol. (IM SO SORRY LMAO, PLEASE FORGIVE ME) I forget the main plot points that I've scripted when I am in my DR, like who has crushes on me and stuff. People who I am close to are immune to dying early/young. They will live out their lives, and when they do die, it won't have any tremendous impacts on my mental health. My safeword throughout all of my DR's is "Gotta Zayn." (You'd put your own safeword here.)
