I got up the next morning an I started to stretch right as Casey came in

Ca- oh goodie your up! I made you some breakfast it's on the table! when you are ready you can come eat

she smiled an left the room so I got up and made the bed before walking into the diner room where my food was, I sat down and started to eat smiling to myself since I haven't had a meal like this since I was home, there was a knock on the door so Casey went to answer it while I continued to eat. I heard talking before footsteps came into the dining room, I looked an saw Tony walking in so i rolled my eyes an looked back at my food as he sat down

T- morning Dakota, can we talk?

D- not like I have much of a choice.

he sighed an set a folder down on the table in front of him before talking

T- did you steal the school's trophy?

I scuffed an took a sip out of my water before responding

D- no dipshit, for the last time I didn't steal the trophy!

he looked at me as I was clearly growing more annoyed

T- when was the last time you saw Fiona?

he nodded an started to write something in the folder

T- I'm gonna have you visit her today at 2 for a session, talking about it will help

I rolled my eyes once he did an put the dishes in the sink before deciding to get ready. I just threw on some leggings with one of Adam's shirts before sliding on my shoes an doing my hair. I just watched TV until it was time to go to my session with Fiona. Casey drove me there so I walked in and waited until it was my turn before sitting on the couch while she sat in her chair

F- okay so I heard you are suspended for stealing, mind telling me about it?

D- there isn't much to say. I got accused for something I didn't do

F- well why would you just be accused?

D- because these two kids at my school want me gone

she was writing everything I said down no matter what the response was she wrote it

she nodded an continued to write, the session ended and I was finally able to leave. I walked out of the building an got into Casey's car. she dropped me off before heading to work since she works again. I walked inside an saw Philips an Scott sitting on the couch

D- why are you two here?

S- casey let us in, we have a compromise with you

I rolled my eyes an shut the door before sitting in the chair

P- we will vouch for you two get out of trouble with the school if you and my son break up

I rubbed my face in frustration

D- NO NO NO! what are you two not fucking getting?! I am NOT breaking up with Adam you stupid asses!

S- this was the last chance Dakota..

I watched him stand an walked to the door before yelling for someone, than Tony came in with him

T- what can I do for you guys?

P- Dakota here just confessed to stealing

Tony walked over to me

T- this would be a lot easier if you just listen..

he made me stand as he put the handcuffs on me saying he was bringing me to the school so he could chat with Buckley on what he wants to do, since i didn't take the trophy home I couldn't go to jail but I could be expelled. we pulled up to the school an Buckley was waiting outside, Tony got out with me an Buckley sighed

B- I am guessing she confessed

T- yeah she did..

B- in all my years of working here I have never had a student steal or even get expelled by me.. but Dakota, I am sorry to say this but you are expelled from Eden Hall

I looked at him with wide eyes as he explained I could pack my things but tony had to check my bags before I left.. they took me to my dorm an I walked in seeing Adam sitting on the bed

D- I was expelled.. I am uh heading back home Adam..

we stayed like this until Tony forced me to pack, once I finished I kissed Adam before pulling away
