This is the tale of the broken princess.
The girl was terrified, though one could never tell from her emotionless face, they could from the panic underneath the surface of her breathtaking silver eyes.
She kept running, faster and faster, even till the point where she couldn't feel her legs she kept pushing herself with the aid of her special wolf. Faster! She prayed that she would make it. That she wouldn't get caught.
But after years of the madness the luxury of being able to hope had successfully been dimmed in her.
She ran and she ran until she escaped the land of her terrors but to this day as she tossed and turned under her covers, forehead glistening with beads of cold sweat as she struggled in vain against what deemed her powerless despite the fact that she knew in her subconscious that she was free now at long last.
She was still running.
Never truly safe from the horrors that haunt her, that made her this way.
Keep running.
She couldn't stop running.
Because there was no one.
She was still alone.
And broken.
